If I could put no stars I would. DO NOT order from this website it’s a scam. Made out to be a British boutique store and it’s all A.I and the items are actually from China and look nothing like what’s advertised. Asked for a refund for this reason and all you get is responses that offer discount to keep the item. If you want a refund you have to pay an admin fee and the cost of shipping it back to China. No thanks. Luckily purchased it on my credit card so have disputed the transaction. Appalling.

Company very very poor, states 30 day money guarantee. I have E mailed 4 times about return poor quality dress but other that a mail to say they are looking into it, nothing. The 30 days will be up soon so that will be £45 up the swanny. Keep well away from these people. Other web sites of a similar nature where mother and daughter se up the company are out there, check for yourself, London, Manchester, new names for towns in China I suppose.

This is a scam company despite the clever website. We claimed back the money on our credit card which anyone can do. The credit card company then chase the dodgy company.

I live in the UK and ordered a dress via Violet & June website on 8/5 /26 which I received only on 23/5/26 .I emailed on the 21 st as I did not hear anything for sometime but there was no response and then received item on 23 May . Unfortunately dress was of poor quality and not the chic appearance on the website - picture gives a wrong impression compared to the reality and hence I emailed customer support to be advised of return instructions. I am still waiting to get a reply . I am very disappointed with my experience with Violet & June .

Shocking customer service and no replies to emails requesting a return and refund. DO not order from this company as more than likely you will want to return your items for a refund which you will not receive. How this company is still allowed to continue to sell goods and say they have a response time of 24 hours to reply to their emails is unbelievable. I will do a follow up review once I have received a response regarding my returns

Bought a dress from the website, when it arrived it was nothing like how it looked online, apart from maybe a couple of colours, the style wasn’t the same at all. The material is cheap!
Asked to start a refund to be told that the shipping costs back would cost more than the dress I paid even thought they state on the website they are in Manchester….turns out they are not!!
The website states to exchange anything you should return the original and order a new….technically you’re paying twice for one order then if the shipping costs more than the item to return!
Customer service is shocking…all they wanted to do for me was offer me 10% off another purchase…I don’t want to buy anything else after the first dress was shocking! Not willing to give me a refund unless I send the dress back which will cost me more than the dress…feel like I’ve been robbed to be honest.
DO NOT USE THIS SO CALLED COMPANY!

I ordered a dress that I saw on Violet and June website: if it’s too good to be true, it usually is. Annoyingly when I look at the picture now it is AI generated for sure. After 2 weeks it was delivered but when I tracked it to see why it was taking so long to be delivered, to read that it was coming from China!!!!! When you click on the website, it clearly states free 30 day returns but doesn’t actually state at that point that all their merchandise comes from China with an 15% admin fee and a high international return cost as well! I stupidly did not look at the return policy or I would have never have ordered anything from this dodgy website. For a week now I have emailed 3 times with no reply. Whatever you do, please please DO NOT order from this website. I have accepted that I won’t receive a refund!

Avoid this fake fronted company at all costs...never been based in Manchester with next to none customer service.
With sizing so wrong and to return you have to post back to CHINA !!!! ...MMM stick to shein is my advice .

The company have very limited customer service. We purchased a pair of Velle Loafers size 38 at a cost of £54.00 including p&p. We received a size 37 and as this was their mistake ask for a pre-paid returns label.
We receive an email asking for photo's which we returned to prove we received a size 37.
We have now received 3 emails asking for same information and photo's and all stating we pay p&p and 15% admin fee. This company supplys the product out of China. The lead time to receive was well overdue and we are no further forward with refund. In my opinion this is a company with no customer services and looks to avoid refund costs at every measure.
