Too bad I can’t give a -10. I wish I read these customer service ratings BEFORE I bought them. After going through foot surgery my Dr said to buy Vionic. Ordered 4 pair. All said 9 1/2 on the box. 2 fit 2 I couldn’t even get my foot into! Friend said sizing is hit or miss, REALLY?! Who makes shoes that aren’t the size it says in the shoe? OH! VIONIC DOES! Sales person said “if people ask” we will tell them the shoe is sized differently! I said who asks if the shoe is different than what it says on the shoe? I can’t return them because they were on sale. I will tell my Dr not to tell people to buy Vionic shoes! BUYER BEWARE!!!

I ordered with vionic netherlands in euros and was charged in USD. After weeks i received a €5 Nike cape from China. They said they shipped the wrong item and shoes where no longer available. I could have 35% of my money back. Total scam.

I bought a pair to take on vacation and after a couple of days the seam is ripping. I can not exchange them since I’m out of the country and I won’t be able to meet the 30 day return policy. I’m not happy about this and I won’t be buying any more. Not happy!

Have many shoes from them and find service excellent and delivery quick.Very pleased with return today because I had kept my sandals for holiday last week but straps caused blisters.I obviously had worn them but had them longer than 30 Days.No problem for the return without cost❤️
Shop around better made and prices
I bought 2 pairs of sandals at 80 a piece a year as one always broke in between the toes. They also made the bottoms of my feet turn black. I found another company last year as I was tired of them breaking. I pay 25.99 now and they haven't broke in 2 years and the bottom of my feet aren't black. I am so happy I no longer buy vionic. I am disabled and thought they were good sandals but they weren't. Shop around seriously

I ordered through Vionics Malaysia. They charged my card but never sent the shoes. DHL said they were delivered to another city; Vionics gave me the wrong tracking number so they can’t help. Vionics can only be contacted on line and they never, ever respond. So I lost my money

I am staggered that a company can be without it' s telephone system for several days and even further when I want to get a question answered by Vionic takes an eternity to respond....Makes me think that Vionic are no longer in business

This is the second occasion I have been disappointed with Vionic and had to order Vionic shoes on Amazon because Vionic did not have my size. This is frustrating because I am unable to earn reward points for future purchases. I have been a very reliable customer for years and find this deeply frustrating. Any suggestions for long time customers who should always be able to earn rewards with a Vionic purchase? Thank you.

Yes, I recently purchased a pair of Vionic slide on shoes online
As it turned out, it was not a proper fit as I recently had knee surgery
I’ve worn multiple styles of Vionic shoes for a long period of time never had a problem.
The problem I’m having now is your return system it is so not convenient for anybody who is disabled .
I called customer service and what they explained for your return policy is terrible. It is not convenient and of course she said nothing else can be done unless something is done. This will be my last pair of Vionic shoes.
What can be done?
I also asked to speak with the manager, and she said none was their very, very surprised.
Please let me know how this can be remedied

Love the shoes. If you have trouble with arch support and foot pain, they are the best. Recently I had the opportunity to engage with customer support and they were excellent. I will continue to shop directly with them online.
I purchased the men’s Vionic slipper
I purchased the men’s Vionic slipper. The are very comfortable. However, less than a year old the material that comes over the foot to the sole of the slipper started coming apart. And I only wore the slippers at home.Contacted Vionic Customer Service and was told the warranty is six months.

I purchased vionic shoes just a week ago, I removed the footbeds to air them out our new puppy unfortunately chewed on them a little before I could get them from him. I reached out to the company THIS IS MY EXPERIENCE I asked for replacements which I would pay for, The response was they don't have any way of servicing their products, they are basically the middle man, the manufacturer supplies their warehouse and no spare parts like REPLACEMENT FOOTBEDS just beware if you buy Vionic shoes

I think Vionic should do something about all these scam sites around, copying their shoes in different countries. I'm glad my bank realized before I did, but this site is a scam, and until Vionic does something to put a stop to all these scams, I'm not buying any shoes from them, no matter the site
The Customer Service are amazing
The Customer Service are amazing. They have always been professional and quick. The footwear is first rate and so are the people there who want customers satisfied.
They send you a code for free shipping…
They send you a code for free shipping as a new customer. But when you use it..it doesn’t go through. So I lost $10 shipping for fake FREE shipping code! No one answers the phone for customer service and zero response to emails. Returned the shoes as were uncomfortable and not worth the money with zero customer service. Will never buy from them again. Buyer beware.
Vionic...poor customer service experience
I went online found a pair of Vionic slippers that I wanted. I gave them my email address and phone # to received free shipping. I inadvertently chose $15 shipping, even though I put in a free shipping code. I immediately reached out to the company to let them know of the mistake. They have a no cancellation, no modification policy. So I have no resources. I will not purchase Vionic in the future. I only support companies with outstanding customer service. There are too many great companies that accommodate their customers.
