They had a 40% off promotion they won't honor. I emailed them and they said it was an "error", yet it still isn't fixed on the site. If that is an example of their math skills, we need to worry. Especially due to it being an electrical company. Last thing people need is a house fire due to "a mistake" or poor math.

My new KS5000 stopped working its dead still under warranty!
Its impossible to contact this company and they haven't responded to any of my emails!

This KS3000 light is a huge step up from my original vivosun kit light. It has more power and way better spread. The par coverage is amazing! My basil and tomatoes love the better coverage and light spectrum.

Beware. They ran unauthorized charges on my visa card instead of issuing a refund once they got the light back on a return. Liars and fraudsters at best, Criminals at worst. Filing a complaint with law enforcement.

I placed an order with this company, there was an issue with the order - on their side, the company have completely ignored all my communications, they have of course taken payment for the order.
The order was placed via their own UK website.

Quickly becoming my go-to store for all growing needs. I have the Par600 light and 4" exhaust fan and filter and they are excellent. I couldn't be more satisfied. I plan on getting a 2nd complete indoor grow system (light, tent, fans, bags, etc) and they will all be VIPARSPECTRA! Thank you

Come on people! Viparspectra is a budget light just like dollar store items. My first one didn't last a month P1000 and company refused to replace it because of COVID-19 in my house. My next P1000 can not compete with my old Mars Hydro Cob and my two P1500 are okay budget lights.
If you want to grow quality plants with quality flowers save your money and buy something better and from a company that values customer service.

They have upgraded their xs2000 with more red diods. I ordered a light 12 days ago and DID NOT receive the new upgrade. If I buy a new light I expect to get the newest version of that light available at the time of purchase. This didn't happen. It was dishonest and not upfront with this information. I contacted a rep on their Facebook group and they didn't seem to care. Please be advised, if you buy an xs2000 make sure you get the new upgraded version. I am a very unhappy customer. They didn't send the newest version of the light and the customer service is terrible. This is my 4th light bought from them but it will be my last.

Viparspectra are the best horticultural lighting company I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. The XS range of lights are beyond amazing!! Literally a growers dream come true!!

I have been buying Viperspecta since I bought my first v series. Now I have some p series lights as well. Next I want to try xs series. So far they haven't let me down not one light!!

Viparspectra is great the have the best and most efficient lights. With very high PPFD and very low temperature output. Plus the effective range is outstanding I use 2 of their P2000 models for my 5×8 grow room. Got them both very cheap as well. Love them so much thanks.
