I am writing this to warn every single person — DO NOT SPEND A PENNY WITH VIPCOO. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with, and their product is dangerous rubbish.

I paid over £610 for this scooter just 2 months ago. It started failing within 3 DAYS:
• Day 3: Riding at normal speed (30km/h), went over a standard small speed bump — the back wheel rim DENTED AND BUCKLED. Cheap weak metal, cannot handle normal road use.
• Brakes failed: A short time later, after bedding in and adjusting, the piston inside the rear brake caliper completely snapped/failed. I had zero back brake. I had to pull the front brake so hard I went over the handlebars, CRASHED AND FRACTURED MY WRIST. I am injured and in pain because of their faulty, unsafe product.
• 2 weeks later: I parked it on the kickstand as normal, walked away, came back — the kickstand had COMPLETELY CAVED IN AND FOLDED UP. It collapsed under its own weight. Useless and unsafe.
• Now: I went to charge it — the charger port / charger is dead, no lights, won’t charge at all.

Total usage: Out of 8 weeks, I have only been able to ride it for about 2 WEEKS TOTAL. The rest of the time it has been broken, dangerous, or sitting as a useless pile of scrap metal in my house.

Customer service is a joke:
• I reported the brake failure and damaged wheel on the 16TH OF LAST MONTH — over 2 weeks ago. They ignored me completely.
• I reported the broken kickstand and dead charger 1 WEEK AGO. They lied and said replacements were sent. Now they admit they will send from China and it takes 6–8 WORKING DAYS. Deliberate lies and delays to stall me.

I requested a FULL REFUND (£611.36) — as is my legal right under UK Consumer Law — because the product is faulty, unsafe, and not fit for purpose. They refuse, try to force me to wait for parts I do not trust or want.

VIPCOO sell cheap, dangerous products that break in days and cause injury, then lie and refuse refunds. STAY FAR AWAY or you will lose your money and get hurt like I did.

keeping up with my sheep is way easier now. got this edirt bike a few weeks ago and it works perfect for around the farm.

Really solid motorcycle overall. My only real gripe is the battery life - it would be a lot better if it came with a larger battery capacity out of the box.

Such a powerful machine! The vipcoo h3 electric dirt bike looks absolutely awesome in person. I literally get stopped on the street by people asking where to buy one 😂.

Fast delivery and great customer service. They answered all my questions before I even bought the electric moto. Very smooth transaction overall.

When I read the great reviews on the Vipcoo H3 it makes me happy for those who have them. However, I recently purchased an H3 for my son. He's had it for 2 1/2 months. In that time his tires are bald front and back. He gets an 11 mile range instead of the 40-45 they claim. He gets 21 mph instead of the 40 mph. This particular bike keeps stalling while driving down the road. Now, for those who have an H3 that does what they say it does. I'm happy for you. I only wish I could say that. Some might say, that could be because of the conditions. But the conditions couldn't be better. It's ridden only on the road, no dirt biking or 45* slopes. My son is 87 lbs..
I've owned 6 Corvettes. From C2 to C8.. I'll keep buying them until I can't get in and out of them however, the C5 turned out to be a lemon. So I understand how this can happen. And, in this case I believe that is exactly what happened. So, again, as I'm happy for those who rate this Vipcoo H3 highly, I wish I could.

We bought this dirt bike for our grandson and it has been wonderful to see him spending so much more time outside away from the screens.

Honestly the vipcoo h3 electric dirt bike is practically glued to me at this point. Use it every single day for my routine.
