I bought a Viper helmet at the MCN Bike Show to take away on a riding holiday. To fit it into my hand luggage, I had to remove the peak. Unfortunately, when I got home, I couldn't find the screws anywhere!
I contacted Helen in Viper Customer Service to ask where I could buy a replacement set. I expected to be pointed towards a spare parts supplier, but I certainly didn't expect such a prompt, friendly, and helpful response. Not only did Helen reply quickly, but she also arranged for a replacement set of screws to be sent out without any hassle.
It's rare to come across customer service that's this efficient and genuinely focused on helping the customer. Helen went above and beyond, and it's made me even happier with my Viper purchase. Fantastic service from start to finish—I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Viper to anyone. Five stars, well deserved!
