The service was very poor. They gave me a CapCut Pro account that did not even last a month. The subscription changed to Standard twice, which was very disappointing. When I contacted the seller, he simply told me to take a refund instead of resolving the issue. I paid 1300 Rupees, but he refunded only 350 Rupees, which made me very unhappy with the overall experience.

I purchased a 1-month Grammarly Premium subscription from this seller. The product listing clearly states “1 Month Subscription” and does not mention any 27-day warranty or reduced coverage.

After being logged out before the full month ended, I contacted support. They claimed that “all monthly subscriptions only have a 27-day warranty”. When I asked where this was written, instead of showing the Grammarly product page I purchased from, they tried to reference a Netflix product page warranty section, which is completely unrelated and makes no sense.

This condition was not stated on the Grammarly product page, rules, or terms at the time of purchase.
The issue was not properly resolved and no clear proof was provided to support their claim. The experience was confusing and misleading.

I will be reporting this website to the necessary companies he is selling the products of

This is still illegal and I have made a ticket to grammarly to make them aware of this website
