Dealing with VIP Surgery, and especially Anastassia, has been nothing short of amazing.

I started my research about 12 months ago, and from the very beginning Anastassia was supportive, honest, and never once pushy. Everything she said would happen… did. That alone gave me so much confidence throughout the process.

I had a mummy makeover with Dr Emre Ozenalp, and OMG, I am beyond happy with my results. (May God continue to bless his hands). He is an incredible surgeon, and the care I received from him, his team, the nurses, and the hospital staff was outstanding.

I’m now back home in Australia and still receiving aftercare support. Every single day, Anastassia and Senol (patient coordinator) checked in to see how I was feeling and if I needed anything. Even though I travelled with a support person, they were always in contact and genuinely cared.

All transfers were perfectly organised, drivers were always on time, medications were delivered without issue, and everything ran smoothly. The language barrier was absolutely not a problem; the nurses were fantastic and more than happy to use Google Translate when needed.

There are many agencies out there, but VIP Surgery truly stands apart because of their personalised, non-pushy approach. I felt supported, not sold to and that made all the difference.

Honestly, this was the best experience, and I would do it 100 times over.

Mein Traum ist nun nach über 20 Jahren wahr geworden, Dank Anastasia!
Ich habe mich mit vielen Ärzten / Praxen in der EU auseinander gesetzt, mich genau informiert und war nie überzeugt bis mir meine Bekannte von Anastasia erzählt / empfohlen hat! Nach nur einer kurzer aber total hilfsbereiter Aufklärung ( von Anastasia) habe ich mich für diese nicht leichte Operation entschieden und schnell einen Termin erhalten! Nun sind es mittlerweile schon 5 Wochen her und bis heute werde ich betreut, alle von mir gestellte Fragen werden fachmännisch beantwortet, Ängste sowie von mir eingebildete Missverständnisse werden in nur Handumdrehen von Anastasia erlöscht 😁.
Jetzt noch mal zurück zur dem Aufenthalt in der Türkei- von der Abholung vom Flughafen bei der Ankunft bis zum Abflug in die Heimat wurde ich einfach nur Spitze betreut! Ich wurde einfach „ an der Hand“ geführt.
Ich habe zwar schon von der tollen Medizin in der Türkei gehört jedoch nie mir vorstellen können, dass es auch mit einem Wahnsinn tollen Service verbunden ist!
Transfer-Hotel-Operation-Ärzte-Krankenhaus Aufenthalt- Betreuung im Hotel von der Krankenschwester- nötigen Medikamente … alles auf dem höchsten Niveau!
Ich möchte mich auch noch auf diesem Wege mehrmals bei Anastasia und ihrem Team bedanken! Ein Hammer Service!
Habe übrigens schon mehreren, meinen Bekannten dieses Team weiter empfohlen!
Da ist man zu 100% gut aufgehoben!
