My wife and I went to the Biltmore in AZ when it was cold and wet up in the PNW. We signed up for 3 days but ended up staying for 5 because it was so nice. The $100 per day was super helpful and we had a great time. beautiful place and the rooms were amazing

My husband and I went to the Maldives and Dubai for our honeymoon via VIP traveler and we could not recommend it enough. VIP traveler was seamless to work with, and provided exceptional service. They were very organized and helped make our honeymoon special. I had never used a travel agency in the past, but will continue to use VIP traveler.

It is exactly 30 days before my scheduled vacation, and I have just been informed by VIP that the hotel I booked—Marriott Miches Beach—has closed. VIP was aware of this closure months ago, yet I was never notified.

This situation should have been addressed well in advance, but it was not. I only became aware of the issue because I proactively called VIP a few days ago to check on my reservation. During that call, I was informed of the closure and told that my reservation had essentially fallen through the cracks.

VIP acknowledged that they had been rebooking affected guests at another property in the Dominican Republic, the W Punta Cana, and that this process had been successful for others. I was led to believe this would be my resolution as well.

I have now been informed that VIP is unable to rebook me at the W Punta Cana.

At this point, I have already secured time off from work, booked my flights, and paid all associated fees. With only 30 days remaining before my vacation, this last-minute notification and lack of resolution is unacceptable. VIP’s failure to notify me in a timely manner and to properly handle my reservation has caused significant stress and disruption to my travel plans.

I am a very selective traveler, and VIP Traveler truly impressed me. I booked a trip to Bali through them and stayed at The Apurva Kempinski and Padma Ubud, two incredible luxury resorts. Both properties were exactly as described online, with outstanding service and breathtaking surroundings.

I was initially skeptical, but after seeing an independent YouTube review, I gave VIP Traveler a chance. After I paid, I received official confirmations directly from both hotels, which made me feel completely comfortable. The hotels already had my package details and made everything effortless.

VIP Traveler’s communication and organization were outstanding. They provided an app full of information about the destination and personally followed up to coordinate my private driver days. The entire experience was smooth, stress-free, and beautifully arranged. I will continue using VIP Traveler for all my future travels and highly recommend them to anyone who values luxury and reliability.

We used VIP Traveler to book our honeymoon in the Maldives, and they made the entire experience effortless and unforgettable. From start to finish, their communication was quick, clear, and friendly. They answered every question I had (and I had a lot!), and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfectly arranged, even notifying the resort that it was our honeymoon.

I did not know who VIP traveler was before a pop up and came up on Facebook with an offer for an Iconic hotel in Scottsdale, Arizona. I called them up to discuss the offer and could not believe the pricing for this vacation and what it included. Top notch customer service, first class offerings, and great follow up before and after the trip.

Our trip details were: Arizona Biltmore - This deal came across my Facebook page from VIP Traveler. My wife and I had been to this resort about 20 years ago and we knew how beautiful it was. I was skeptical at first seeing the price from VIP for this trip, it seemed to good to be true. I called a representative from VIP and felt comfortable booking the Hotel, glad I did. This is an unbelievable deal for an iconic hotel in Scottsdale, Arizona. The grounds are immaculate, the views stunning, and truly a first class experience. The deal included a Casita within a stand alone building with 4 units, each with its own fire pit and lounge area, we had a room on the second floor and we overlooked the pool and mountains. This deal also included access to the Citris Room which is an exclusive private area with breakfast items, lunch items, snacks, desserts, and best of all custom made cocktails. We figured alone this saved us over $500 for the stay. The deal also included a his/hers salt therapy session at the spa, a $100 a day credit to use in any restaurant, the spa, the lounge or the gift shop. We had 2 dinners at the restaurants on site and they were outstanding. We are going back, this time with friends, this is a tremendous savings at a once in a lifetime resort stay.

I had a great experience with VIP Traveler. The communication was awesome with them and the the hand off to the resort was great. I booked a birthday trip to the Maldives and everything was as they said it would be and the package was a great deal. I will definitely use them again.

My family is using them for first time for a long trip next month. Unfortunately, we are up for a rough start and I'll update this review with final thoughts after the trip.

Their emails started flooding my Inbox in the last 10 days and every email is sent from a different person asking for the same old flight details. The frustration comes from the fact that no one knows what we paid for and they are trying to push downgraded services instead of honoring what was advertised in the booking. Also, the consistent ask for the exact same info makes me doubt the way they handle their customers.

Just took our first VIP Traveler trip and could not have had a better experience! They delivered everything they promised, making the journey to Bali from the US an unforgettable experience. This was a milestone birthday trip and there were so many unexpected upgrades. Can’t wait for our next trip with you!

I booked the Bali Escape for our honeymoon and it was the best trip ever! All we had to do was provide VIP Traveler with our flight information and they arranged pick ups. When we arrived at the hotel we provided them with dates and times of when we wanted to have the perks that came with the package. I would highly recommend 10 out of 10! Can't wait to plan our next trip with them!!

Like you, I hadn't heard of VIP Traveller so I went to TrustPilot to see if they were legit, after seeing an ad on Facebook that matched our bucket list destination. Since then, I have recommended them enthusiastically to everyone I know. They were responsive any time I emailed them, accommodated a date change easily, and their communication pre-trip was top notch and timely. The extras negotiated in the package with the resort were delivered as promised with no hassle. 10/10 would recommend; just book the trip!

We had an amazing time with VIP traveler. This is now our second trip and we are looking forward to our 3rd in 2026. Everything is always 5 starts with them, a true representation of VIP! Their communication is top notch and so are all the trips they plan. Every resort/hotel is breathtaking and the customer service can’t be beat. We went on their Thailand trip in April 2025 and stayed at 137 Pilars in Bangkok and The Shore at Katahani in Phuket. The hotels were excellent as well as the amenities. I have referred my sister and now she is taking a VIP trip in 2026. I hope to continue traveling to their amazing destinations.
