SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! There is no communication, the email address does not exist even tho they send you an email saying they have posted your item, there is no phone number, the company says your item has been delivered, which clearly it hasn't been otherwiseI would be warning all you guys now. STAY AWAY FROM THIS UN-PROFESSIONAL COMPANY ITS A SCAM

Waited over 3 months and still not received my order.

I ordered in December and received nothing. I got an email telling me that it was back orders but nothing came!

Been waiting two weeks tracking hasn’t moved x no reply to any emails x absolute scam but luckily got my money back

Bought the “colour changing” foundation stick and it’s completely bogus. I have extremely pale skin, and it didn’t change colour at all. Just looked like I had badly rubbed in sunscreen on my face. The product smells funky and is totally not worth it. The brush sucks, the brush was losing bristles when I opened it and the product doesn’t blend well. Save yourself the time and money.

Ordered the product beginning of jan paid for expediated delivery and to date recieved nothing tracking number given which dosent work, they dont answer emails despite repeated emails to them. Clearly some kind of scam so would advise anybody not to buy from them

Used fraudulent postage to send whatever it is to me. I declined the package.

This is a scam and Have tried to reach the support call the number which is fake and I wouldnt order from them they took my money but never sent confirmation they got my order or anything

It's been a week since I ordered, sent 2 emails and am waiting for response. I regret not doing my homework before ordering, I'll take the L. I doubt I'll ever see a product arrive at my door. Super pissed that people get away with scamming us out of our hard earned money.

If I could score it a zero I would. Product is just normal cream, no tightening at all! This company is a scam, I’ve sent numerous emails but they don’t respond. Stay clear!

I ordered DR.Melaxin products and received Barubt products. I have no idea if this is a skincare line as I research and unknown products.

It’s been weeks since I’ve ordered. Sent three emails to their customer support email listed, was told by shop pay that I have to go thru viral lush directly- have not received a single response or product.
Terrible (no) communication, terrible wait time- and im still not even sure if I should be expecting a product at all or if I just got scammed out of $40.

I finally received the order I placed on 12/20/25 today but had to pay $4.10 postage to accept the package because the sender (Virallush) tried to use old postage when sending the order. I already paid $6.99 for shipping. Never again will I buy from them!!

TOTAL SCAM. I’m so annoyed. I didn’t ever receive the product. No response. I saw so many testimonials. Does anyone know the actual company that makes the real product that I can buy that’s not from these scam frauds

Viral lush product is crap! Costs u a fortune and endless emails only to receive an extremely inferior product.DONT BOTHER!

I wish I could give them no stars. Company is a scam. I ordered weeks ago and it stills says waiting for details. Save your money and time.

Ordered this through a “shop now” link on Instagram. Immediately received order and payment confirmation. Received a tracking number, but the package never arrived. The tracking link, then became broken and no tracking information was available.Emailed company directly from their website and got mailer-daemon response that email was undeliverable. Phone number associated with the payment link was that of PayPal and not the company. Ultimately, no way to get a hold of the company and had to file a dispute with my credit card.

The product was ordered and shipped. It never made it to my address, but they insist it was delivered to the address I gave them. Unfortunately, they won't do anything to see that I get the product or refund my money. Would not recommend this company.
