I deleted my first review of 1 star to update. The order did finally arrive a week after it was promised. Find someone that produces these items within the US. These were shipping from Asia and came through Dubai to get here. Too far of a distance to travel and not have issues. Product arrived and was nice but this was far from a good experience.

Working with Virgin Packaging was easy and they were willing to assist me with our project. The boxes and custom sleeves were done perfectly and delivered as planned.

This is my first time purchasing custom products for my small candle business. The representative Anna was very helpful and fantastic and helped me along the process. I will be ordering more custom products for my business because I am overly happy with my products.

The salesman, Allen Smith, went to great lengths in taking all the information from us. He was precise in all aspects of the projects dimensions. At the end, Virgen Packaging delivered a beautiful box that was easy to put together and fitted our sizes perfectly. Thank you Allen.

Fantastic experience with Virgin Packaging. I was a bit anxious as I am a small business and it was my first time buying custom packaging but Allen was fantastic. Allen was very quick with responses, catered everything I needed and had great customer service. The packaging I received was beyond my expectations. Quality customer service, quality products. Anna Rose is a Gem to Virgin Packaging!! From the moment that we connected she was attentive to my needs and inquires and providing in depth and pertinent details to me. After she had me to finalize the specifications of the soap boxes and I agreed that everything looks great….and before submitting the invoice she noticed a few errors and resubmitted the final specifications. She also kept me in the loop of the DHS delivery and made sure that I received my package. Anna is thorough and email after email, she captured my vision for what I wanted. I am extremely pleased and will be doing business really soon!

Absolute best experience working with Allen! Not only were the prices a fraction of the cost of what we had paid in the past, but the quality is so much better! Highly recommend this company! You usually have to choose between speed, quality, and price but we got all three with Allen.
