I need to say thank you to Harry & Blake for excellent service in fitting new carpet to my apartment. Despite not being able to find the address they arrived good natured & were most pleasant, helpful & respectful of my property. When I needed to go out they kindly locked up behind them when they left.
Very pleased with the finished fit - it looks really good & will, I'm sure, help sell the flat which I have to do.

From the showroom visit with Ben and Lauren to the installation of our oak floor by Ny, Steve and Louis we cannot fault the service. The whole process from start to finish was just as Virtuoso promised, high quality. We cannot say enough about the professionalism of the installers who worked respectfully and cleaned after every day. Excellent craftsmanship and needless to say we are delighted with the finished product. Thank you

We cannot recommend Virtuoso highly enough. They deliver exactly what they promise and more, from responding within 10 minutes of us leaving a message to fitting our beautiful flooring on the day they stated. Excellent customer service, advice and support throughout our flooring process. We recommend you use them for any flooring you are thinking of getting - you will not get a better service.

The guys from Virtuoso were very helpful and efficient, ensured the job was done well, and were very quick to come up with a suitable solution when we discovered an access hatch under the carpet we were replacing. We're very happy with our new floor.

All stages of the process went well. The team were helpful when I was selecting samples to take and explaining what would happen when. The measurement process and the time for the carpet to arrive and then be fitted was all done timely. Carpet was fitted well. Very happy with Virtuoso and the carpet.

The pricing was clearly explained so that we knew exactly what we were paying for. Our carpet has made our newly-converted loft feel like a comfortable part of the home. Many thanks!
