I had the pleasure of working with Jack from virtus talent and I genuinely can’t sing his praises enough Iv worked with agency recruiters before but none compare to the professionalism and downright good guy this man is I’d highly recommend him to anyone even to people not looking for a job as I’m sure Jack will find a way to change that he was available 24/7 and answered any questions or queries I had and made me realise the potential I didn’t believe I had.

I'm a senior recruiter within the FinTech space and I have been searching for a fully-remote role to cut out commuting. I opportunistically sent my CV over to Virtus (honestly, not expecting much back), however they have been brilliant!

Hayden G has been my point of contact and I can't recommend him highly enough. Throughout the process Jack offered me multiple roles which was really helpful and different from my previous experience with recruiters. It was great to have the choice but also to have Jack's guidance, and ultimately landed on a company/role that was the perfect fit for me. Jack's help throughout the interview and prep process cannot be faulted, he went above and beyond to make sure I was ready and confident, and really took the time to listen and understand me.

Virtus have always been great to work with - they're willing to listen and understand what we look for in our candidates - which isn't always the easiest when hiring at the entry-level for recruitment.

Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. They know when to push and when to hold back - which is key when you're in a busy role as a hiring manager and need to be chased at times without it feeling like a chore!

A decent bunch of people working in a market where reliability is hard to find! As with most things in recruitment, not every shot is a hit, however the team members we have dealt with at Virtus have for the most part been switched on, responsive and very friendly. They send us a good volume of CVs when we need them and we've had some great candidates join us via their service. We'll definitely continue to work with them in the future.

I am absolutely speechless!
