Starting off with who I worked with, I was firslty in touch with Kathryn and then Billy, and from start to finish, it was the most authentic and genuine experience. They're so personable on top of being genuinely helpful. Billy helped me navigate the recruitment industry, which was new to me as I was coming from a different background, and provided me constant support whenever I needed it. In terms of people, support and authenticity, its 10/5.

Secondly, in terms of recruitment process, it's similarly flawless. The process was so quick and effective that I did 4 interviews in two days and 2 F2F interviews the same week, and could've done more if I had the capacity. Virtus made it possible to have a scan of a variety of different options in recruitment, and then personally gave ME the choice to pick my favourite and what aligned with me the most. As far as I'm aware, I don't think any other recruiter does this as effectively as Virtus, and if they do, it can't be in a more down to earth and authentic way.

It was an absolute pleasure working with them, and would highly, highly recommend.

I cannot recommend Amber enough, the world of recruitment is such a volatile and competitive environment. The raw human aspect is often lost in this market, being a fresh graduate with little knowledge in the world of career pathing, I was vulnerable to recruiters willing to put their commission before my aspirations, suitability and long term success. I had my fair share of these experiences, so when I came across Amber, it was clear to me that she genuinely took great care in my suitability for a role. Not only did she take the time to learn who I was and who I could become, she helped me build up the confidence to know what I was worth. I truly felt as though she was part of my team, helping me identify qualities in companies that would support my personal growth, whilst being strong enough to let me know where I could improve. I simply cannot fault her, the ability she has to build rapport with a candidate almost instantaneously such as myself really helped me to gain trust in her as a human as opposed to a recruiter. This humane aspect there with me every step of the way through interview processes really made me feel comfortable and at ease through triumph and failure, no matter what, she was always there by my side.
