They kept me consistently informed at every stage, and their communication made the entire Chinese embassy visa process smooth and stress-free. I would absolutely use their services again and recommend them to others

Do not trust this service they charge hidden fees and then completely silent on your application this is a predatory business that exploist travelers avoid them at all Costs or you will lose your money.

I’m convinced the positive reviews here are misleading. My experience was a nightmare. They took my documents and my payment, and then communication went dead. No updates, no callbacks, and no visa. This service is extremely unreliable and unprofessional. Save yourself the stress and use an official channel or a reputable agency instead."

The price advertised on their website is a total lie. Once you start the process, they demand extra 'hidden' fees that were never mentioned upfront. When I asked for a refund due to this lack of honesty, they completely ignored my emails. They lure you in with low prices and then trap you. Absolute waste of money.

They were helpful and responsive when I had questions. The process was fast, less than two weeks.

The whole process was smooth and easy. It was difficult for me to send my passport since I am traveling out of the country this Saturday, however, I was told by one of the Visa Hero reps that I would get it on Monday and guess what? My passport with the Chinese was here today Monday 4/27/26 early in the morning!!! Great service!!

The people there were knowledgeable about my specific needs and promt to get my requests resolved.
