Product all chippedand bits missing joiner had to make shift bits to get it up and led lights are shit and don't work

Great service delivery came quickly and was well packaged with no damage. Product it’s self is perfect and exactly as image portrays on website. Definitely worth the wait xtra cost compared to competitors

Speedy delivery excellent item looks great

Received the goods but the wall panel (worth £250.00) was chipped in two places and the spacers in the tv wall brackets were broken. I had to purchase a new bracket separately. I spoke to the owner who made an accusation that it looks like the spacers were screwed in and broken suggesting that my workman or I damaged it. I opened the TV bracket myself to find them already damaged.

Was offered £40.00 in compensation for the damaged goods which basically covered the cost of a new TV bracket but left me with a damaged wall panel. Had to put it up as I couldn’t wait for a replacement as it would have cost me more money bringing in a workman another day.

Overall products looks great together, but the customer service/owner resolution wasn’t up to scratch in my opinion. Left with a bitter after taste. If you are buying from them make sure you check the good straight away and record yourselves doing so that you don’t get accused of damaging the items at your home.

From the initial visit, to enquire about getting a media wall we were welcomed with open arms.
We were shown all the different options, and Misha who done all our designs talked us thru all our different options and gave us some brilliant ideas.
William the fitter was on hand so we could discuss how everything was going to be fitted in our Lounge.
And Kieran, was on hand to work out the best deal.
We were looked after from start to finish, and we are over the moon on how it all turned out.

The emails and phone calls to make sure everything was right with measurements were done with extreme professionalism, I changed my mind quite a few times but they stayed patient. I have finally now had the order put through and the media wall is on its way to me

Got my media wall supplies and installation done with Vision Spaces. I had quotes from 3–4 companies, all starting from £2,700+, but Vision Spaces offered great value(far better than you’d expect and quality.
I’d definitely recommend visiting their showroom and speaking with Kieran really friendly, professional, and helpful. Seeing everything in person makes a huge difference, and the in-store prices are much better than the online website.
Also, ask for William for the installation !!what a guy! I’ve had a lot of renovations work done before, but his attention to detail, precision, and perfectionism were on another level. No shortcuts at all, just top-quality workmanship from start to finish. The end result was absolutely perfect.
A genuine 5-star experience. Great company and highly recommended!
