People on the phone were helpful and friendly. The mobile MRI unit was located in ASDA car park which was not completely clear in the instructions. They were running behind which was not a problem, however as they wanted to do next patient urgently the staff inside didn't let me put my bra back on (I was wearing clothes!) as wanted to get me out asap. The lady there said "are you not just going home" and I explained that I was actually going somewhere else but still never let me re-dress. Luckily, my niece who took me to the appointment, took me to her house so I could re-dress properly before going to my next appointment!
