Good experience
The whole experience was excellent with one exception. I self referred myself, I could see nothing that said I couldn't at any point, I booked the first scan available which was great. However, I then had a phone call to say I needed a referral, the person who called couldn't explain why. I couldn't get a GP or physio referral before the scan so had to change it for weeks later. Vista arranged for me to speak to their GP which was great & she referred me, however, she too could not explain why I needed a referral. Apart from that the process was quick and efficient. The staff were very professional.

Everything from booking was so easy
Everything from booking , the reminders, the receptionist, the radiologist were delightful and so efficient . Then gor my results within 48 hours and when I asked of these could be shared with my NHS consultant , gentleman on phone was really helpful.
As an NHS , I know how that poor system suffers but for £360 I got everything I needed to establish a diagnosis and then be able to plan ahead . I can 100% recommend you on my experience this time and also perviously
