I’ve been a loyal customer for years, ordering multiple products at a time and recommending this company widely to my clients. This time I ordered five items and paid through PayPal. The system gave me no option to choose a delivery address, and the payment went through immediately to my Spanish address, where I cannot receive the order.
I tried to fix the issue within minutes. The phone number listed rang endlessly. PayPal told me I’d need to wait days for a response. There was no way to change the shipping address myself, so I opened a dispute and contacted the company through PayPal, explaining everything and providing the correct UK address.
Someone named Jim replied, saying it was “not a problem” to change the address and asked for the new one. I sent it straight away. The next day I received an email saying the shipment had already been sent to the wrong address.
A new phone number appeared at the bottom of the email. I called it. No answer. I wrote on WhatsApp. I got one vague line stating they had “replied via the official chat and email,” followed by complete silence. When I asked to speak to someone directly, I received a single dismissive message claiming I had sent the new address to the “wrong email.” This entire situation unfolded within a single day.
The customer service is chaotic, unresponsive, and frankly careless. After this experience, I’m now seriously questioning the quality of their products. If a company cannot manage basic communication, accuracy, or responsibility, it raises legitimate doubts about the care they put into what they sell. My confidence has been completely shaken.
I will no longer be recommending this company to any of my clients until they demonstrate reliability, accountability, and respect for the people who keep their business running.
