I really like how much information I got for the price. I improved my lifestyle lot according to their recommendation and after taking supplements, I am feeling lot more energetic.

My report contained data that is easily understood and can be applied to diet and lifestyle choices.

I learned a lot about my genetic traits and I love the way Vitagene recommends to improve our lifestyle and health. I was very addictive to coffee and tea. As a result, I wasn't able to sleep till late midnight. Vitagene says I am slow caffeine metabolizer which is really true, so I stop drinking coffee after 2pm and now I can sleep well and my overall health also improves a lot. I ordered Vitagene's DNA testing kit a while back. I found the results, the analysis, and their suggestions to be really interesting and educational. I have incorporated a few of them in my life and I am happy with the results.

This dna testing is ok,I think it's more gear towards health than finding family and tracking it.Maybe I just dont understand, but I found other test from another company a no brainer for tracking family.If you want to find out about your health and supplements this test is for you.

I was so pleased that when an update became available we were sent them at no charge a year later. The new insights provided even more clarity! I only wish the regions could be pinpointed a little better on the genealogy portion!

Very interesting but when I tried to place more orders the site rejected it because I had to choose an American state even though I live in Australia...

I am an 80-year-old female. I was taking a few of the same vitamins before I joined Vitagene (D3, B12, Ubiquinol). When I began taking the Vitagene supplements, I began to feel very energetic all day. I was no longer napping every afternoon as I did before taking the Vitagene daily supplements. I was flying high (lots of energy all day) in the first few weeks. Because I'm 80 and retired, having lots of energy got me worried about falls and safety...it had been a very long time since I'd been so full of energy. So, I adjusted the day supplements. I began taking these every other day, for the past month. This works better: I feel good and my energy level is now more "normal" for me.
Another change I made was with one of the night supplements because I was having weird dreams with Vitagene Melatonin, so I decided to try half the dosage and this worked better - my dreams are less weird.
I now feel I am on track. My brain is less fuzzy and my focus has improved. Stomach ailments quieter and less frequent. Leg cramps are also less frequent. I'm happier. I'm ready to go back to work! Just kidding!!! I love my life now. Thank you, Vitagene!
