Placed order after several exchanges of e/mails about how the product works and where does the final report go to. I was concerned about the process and how it worked.
A few days later after placing the order on line I got an e/mail saying the item was out of stock and it was unknown when it would be back in stock and so a refund had been issued. A very strange situation given all the questions I had asked about the product coupled to the way the questions were answered.

I ordered a sleep apnea test which arrived promptly after a conversation about symptoms with Andrea. Sadly, due to circumstances outside their control, the uploaded data did not get seen by the consultant. After I alerted Andrea to this, she responded immediately by chasing the results, getting them to me the same day and offering a refund. I understand things happen and I am very impressed and reassured by the company's response and proactivity. Despite the mishap, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

This company's CEO has gone above and beyond the anticipated level of service, and that is a godsend when test results give cause for concern.

I highly recommend this service. I didn't know what sleep apnoea was but knew there was something wrong with my sleep. I contacted Vitapulse and spoke to Aaron who explained exactly what their home test did, how it worked and what I would get in my diagnostic report. He answered my questions and reassured me about taking the test. The test was easy - I slept with the monitor on for 3 nights and I didn't even know I was wearing it. The test was easy to set up, easy to use and the best thing is I got my report within a week compared to the 18 months I had been told I could expect to wait on the NHS. I understand that not everyone will want to pay but speaking from personal experience, this was money well spent. I was never pressurised into buying the test. The service I received was excellent and having someone spend 35 minutes to talk me through my report and explain some options about next steps was so reassuring for me. My advice is ask questions and Vitapulse will answer them without giving a sales pitch. Definitely worth the money.

Very reassured after chatting to Andrea, she was very knowledgable and not at all pushy about a sale. I would definitely recommend calling them if you are unsure.
