As a novice and just starting out, I began with two other traders and bought one cask of whisky from each. I then turned to Viticult Ltd. and was immediately struck by the professional advice provided by their Asset manager, George Hope. Satisfied that I now had the best advisor, my portfolio increased to six casks and I intend to keep going. Communication facilities are excellent via direct mobile and always answered. Never do I have to wait, avoiding any delays to sort even the smallest
of concerns. I am kept well informed on the best investments to suit my budget as they become available.
A great team who are happy to be your eyes and ears, a genuine benefit for beginners without knowledge and for the experienced who don't have time on their hands.
I highly recommend George and the team for all types of investors, new or ongoing.

I have held a number of cases for several years, bought through Jamie, and made my first sales last week through George. Sold on Wednesday and received payment on Monday. All very quick and efficient with a decent profit on most of the casks.

It would appear that plans to include my three casks in the coming year sales discussed prior to the reorganization had been lost in the ether. This can happen and the test is how a company responds.

George managed to sell one of my casks within a 24 he period and deal completed with funds in my bank within 4 days of initial discussions and with an impressive profit. That was an excellent response.

When I come to reinvest Viticult would remain in my range of brokers I use.

I've been a client of Viticult for 5 years now and have slowly built up a variety of aged casks.
Frank is always available to discuss my portfolio and suggest options going forward.
I have visited their office on a few occasions and they all seem helpful and knowledgeable.
Last year George Goodwin sold three casks for me with a great profit. So far all is going to plan.

I've been a wine and whisky investor since 2017 when Jamie at Viticult helped introduce me to the concept. Viticult's invaluable experence and unique insight in the whisky market place has allowed me to incrementally build up an impressive portfolio of casks of different ages and brands. Back in August George arranged to sell some of my casks at a handsome profit which helped my youngest son cover some of the renovation costs of a new house. Since then George has come up with further investments and is working behind the scenes to arrange further disposals which will help as I slowly move into retirement.

George and Rav provided a great service for us when we needed to sell some of our whiskey over the Christmas period. Even though it was not the best time to sell they managed to make us at least a 25% profit on the barrels they were able to sell.

It is my first venture into investing I have found George and viticultwhisky are very knowledgeable and professional explain every step on the journey very helpful I look forward to a bright future

I started investing with Viticult about 5 years ago. This week I sold my first cask through the company with a very acceptable profit. Many thanks to my new account manager (Aaron) for expediting the process. The cash was in my bank within a month of my request to sell.

Bought a cask a 2 years ago the process was extremely easy, the Viticult team have aided me in moving the cask into a private account ensuring the security and ownership of the cask in my name. The whole process was simple and took no time.

Having previously shared my experiences with Viticult it's only fair that say well done.
I received a lovely letter from a director, a very sincere apology for the way I have been dealt with previously. I'm happy that it has been looked into and my complaints have been acknowledged. Internal processes have been amended to ensure that such incidents won't happen again.
Customer service is very easy when things are going well, but things do go wrong at times but true customer service is more measurable during such times. At last someone has put their hands up to admit shortcomings & apologise. Not always an easy thing to do for some.

This has gone a long way to reassuring me and although it was the acknowledgment I really wanted I am also happy to receive a nice gift by way of an extra apology. Not needed but very much appreciated.

Good experience so far, Gary has been open and provides plenty of information. It’s my first purchase of this type of investment so was a bit apprehensive, but Gary found a cheaper product to start me off. To early to provide a review on the company or the investment but will do so when I’m happy.
