Scratched, tarnished and not in a new condition
Viva Instruments had very good reviews and I was looking forward to receiving my thinning scissors. I was so disappointed when they arrived. They were scratched, tarnished and the cutting blade was distorted so that the bite was not complete along the full length of the blades. Hardly a precision instrument and I do not believe the scissors were in a new condition. Upon raising this with Viva they immediately refunded the full price paid, which I appreciated, however this does not detract from the disappointment I experienced in both the scissors themselves and the Company who were clearly happy to send them out in that condition. I will never use Viva Instruments again

Shop states it was delivered but not…
Shop states it was delivered but not the case.
I have 3 security cameras covering the front of the house and can verify no delivery. Also checked mailbox and nothing there either.
Update: Viva Instruments acknowledge shipment still in transit and advise that delivery should occur this week. Time will tell.

Pleasantly surprised with value and quality
After disappointment with another supplier, I wanted to try somewhere new. I found Viva online, was impressed by the range, and ordered 2 sets of clippers as a trial. They arrived in very quick time, were excellent quality, and much better than more expensive clippers I had been using. I would definitely recommend based on this purchase alone.
