We used Viva transfers for the first time for our return transfers from Malaga airport to Marbella. Our courteous and helpful driver was waiting for us in departures and comfortably drove us in his immaculate car to our destination. On return our driver was on time and helpfully waited until all our party had assembled and loaded luggage before departing for the airport, again in immaculate car.
The best service we have encountered abroad. Would definitely recommend.

Yet another great service from Viva Transfers in Tenerife. Awaiting us upon arrival at the airport and punctual collection for departure. Vehicle spotless and driver very helpful. Once again very impressed by this company - will definitely book again and recommend to people.

Used for the first time for the transfer of 6 people from Adeje to Santa Cruz Cruise terminal. The driver arrived on time for our pickup and was extremely helpful in loading our luggage. The vehicle was very clean and spacious which made the journey easy and relaxing. Arrived at our requested time.
On our return we disembarked early but our driver was there and again very helpful.
I would recommend VivaTransfers to all and will use them again.

Fuerteventura Airport to Corralejo, and return.
Our flight landed early, we only had carry on bags so were out of the airport really quickly. The driver was already waiting for us and we arrived in our hotel 20 minutes after our scheduled landing time, just in time for lunch. We had an 8 seater mini van all to ourselves.
On the way back, we were picked up on time in a 32 seater, again all to ourselves and directly to Fuerteventura Airport.
Great price, prompt and courteous drivers. Would 100% use again.
When we came here in February, the Taxi from outside the airport was €48 on the way out and €52 on the way back. Viva Transfers rate was €37 each way, incredible!

Was to be picked up in Grand Canaria on Sunday 1.12.19 following a flight in from Belfast. Once through the Airport i expected to see someone waiting with my name on a card as I was assured my pick up driver would be checking my flight progress. No one there from Vivatransfers to meet us, had to go searching around finding it difficult to get anyone from Viva as ive no Spanish. Finally after an hour of panic a driver from another company rang Viva an a driver did arrive. Very poor servive 0/10

We have recently returned from holiday, Fuertaventura, Correlego.
I was surprised with cost of taxi and by chance came across Vivatransfers.
Reading the reviews I was optomistic how this would go.
However I had no need to worry they stay intouch with you via email up to the time you start your journey and while your at your resort.
Our drivers were very polite, helpful and the vehicles were very high quality.
I would definately use them again. Thank you very much Vivatransfers.

Lady driver was waiting for us on arrival at Gran Canaria Airport clearly showing our names. She delivered us to our hotel safely and quickly.
The same lady arrived at the specified time for our hotel departure two weeks later and again the service was excellent. Price for the round trip was also excellent.

First time I've used this company. Had two bad experiences with other well known companies in last two years so was apprehensive about choosing a company I'd never heard of.
Viva Transfers sent an email confirmation immediately after booking and a reminder closer to the holiday.
The taxi driver was very polite and drove carefully, the same on the return journey.
The only thing I thought could have been better was when we came through customs into the lobby of Tenerife airport the driver was standing out of sight and we'd walked towards the exit looking for him. I was panicking by then. I back tracked to look for their sales desk and fortunately spotted him holding up our name.
The great thing was their website asks how early did I want to be at the airport on departure and they give a drop down list of various times. The taxi driver arrived at the hotel at the time requested..
I would recommend this company and will use them again.

Used Viva transfers to and from airport also transfer fron apartment to hotel, service was excelent, could not of been better. The drivers were extremely polite and helpful. We will be using them on all our future trips and recommend to all our friends. Thank you viva transfers.

Booked 2 days before our travels to Tenerife and received an email confirmation with all the details of our requirements within 5 minutes. Our outward bound flight was 2.5 hours late but on arriving at the airport the driver was at the designated place with a name card and ready to take us to our hotel. Driver was smartly dressed, polite and took our cases to the minibus. On our return the driver was at reception at the set time and again the service was 5*. I would highly recommend this company and will most definitely use them again on my travels.*****.

EXCELLENT SERVICE.Arrived at las palmas and driver waiting.On returning to the airport after a weeks holiday i proceeded to leave my phone in the back of the luxury jag that came to pick us up.Rang the main office number even though it said office hours were mon-fri (Now 7pm Sat night) and after a few mins a lady answered.Explained my issue and she said "Give me 5 mins and i will contact the local office and call you back (on the wifes phone!!) Sure enough,5 mins later called back to say driver was on his way back to me and would meet were he dropped us off!
Driver met me at that point and returned my phone.I dont no the ladies name in the office or the drivers come to that but will be forever grateful for there prompt attention in this!! 3RD TIME IVE USED THIS COMPANY FOR TRANSFERS IN GRAN CANARIA.WILL CONTINUE TO USE THEM WHENEVER WE VISIT AND HAVE NO HESITATION IN HIGHLY RECOMMENDING

we went away on 4th September and returned on 5th of October the driver was waiting for us out side baggage hall with a board with our names on I must say how polite he was and very well dressed the transfer was speedy so pleased to get to our hotel quickly our return was just as good lovely vehicle immaculate inside and out this was my first time with viva and will definitely use again and cannot stop praising them to my friends

Me and my partner used this company from the airport to Puerto Rico and back again, would highly recommend this company they were on time very reasonable priced and showed great communication even when this included having to change our hotel arrangement, would definitely use again.

We’ve never used viva Transfers before but they came recommended by a friend and we wasn’t disappointed. We were a little later than planned on arrival so our driver was waiting exactly where we was told he’d be, after a little confusion on what hotel we were staying at (my mistake) the driver took us straight to a waiting mini bus which was immaculate and air con was on. After emailing viva Transfers with the slight change in our pickup everything was set. The day we departed the driver arrived right on time with another mini bus that was immaculate and fully air conditioned, we were dropped off right at the door with no problems what so ever. I would highly recommend this company.

We always use them for Tenerife. They are excellent.

We used Viva from Arrecife Lanzarote. Landed about 20mins late, but no driver there which to be fair I would have expected them to be there. I rang the number on the confirmation and as it was late evening, about 11.00pm, used the out of hours number. The lady called me back to say would be about 5 mins which he was.
Problems on return too. Rang about 20 mins before due to say would be 20 mins late. They were!
Will think twice about using again as plenty transfer companies out there.

I always use VIVA TRANSFERS when in Tenerife. They are best chauffeured cars on the Island. Friendly, reliable, punctual. PERFECT SERVICE!

Used Viva transfers for a trip to Tenerife. They were first class. Driver with board on arrival even though we were early. Collection was just as efficient. Couldn't recommend them enough. Great job!

We always use this company travelled to Lanzarote 6th july upon arrival no pick up so we waited for 30 mins then called it took over 1 hour 40 mins for our pick up.
The night before we left they called and asked us to share a taxi with a 50 per cent discount this we declined probably why they made us wait so long.

The departure was excellent on time no hassle hopefully just a glitch this time
