Excellent reliable service. Would recommend it.

I would just like to say thank you for such a reliable and friendly service. We booked these transfers over 2yrs ago before lockdown and have only just been able fly. Your drivers are smart, courteous and friendly and we were very pleased when we contacted you after two years that the booking were easily changed with no problem. Definitely recommend

We have used Viva Transfers twice now in Fuerteventura & would not hesitate to recommend them. The whole thing is professional & efficient with emails sent confirming pick up times etc and a phone number if anything goes wrong.
The drivers are friendly and always on time- waiting for us in Arrivals at airport & arriving early at Hotel for return journey. Far better service than what we received in England!
We will be booking again for a trip to Malaga later this year.

Great service, simple to book or amend and plenty of txt or email reminders.
On arrival at Lanzarote the driver was waiting and put us on the phone to his office who advised that there was another traveller to join us. Although we had book a private transfer we accepted that they had an issue and these thingshappen. Very pleasantly surprised when a few days later a 25% refund appeared in my bank. Driver was prompt on our return leg too.
Only thing to watch is that the companies system automatically set the return time I assume based on a flight number but which was somehow a few hours out from what we'd given and we had to simply amend it.

Great transfer service. Driver was waiting for us in arrivals and arrived very promptly for our departure. Mini van for both trips with phone charging ports. Half the price of most other companies so I was a little skeptical but they provided a great service - I would definitely recommend this company and will be using them again.

Fantastic company. 1st time we’ve used them and it was effortless. Immaculate mini buses, smartly dressed drivers and best of all - they’re waiting for you in arrivals and then again when you leave - in the foyer. So pleased we found them. Can highly recommend viva

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. Driver was waiting for us on arrival took my suitcase straight off me and wheeled to transfer bus. My husband left his mobile phone on the bus but didn’t realise until a few hours later. Called viva up to ask if mobile had been found on the bus and within the hour the driver was at our apartment to return it! We had to tip him not many people are honest like that! Driver was 5 minutes early for return journey when coming home. Will absolutely use again absolutely outstanding service!

We have used these guys for many years and they really are the best, Even going through this pandemic short of staff they will still assure you are picked up and dropped as close to the time booked, The driver back in October also waited an hour and a half as we were stuck in ques at TSF, Top company would never go anywhere else. Our original booking was in 2021 which was cancelled due to Covid and the money could not be returned but I could re book at a later date.
We finally got away for New year, I contacted Viva, they sent a re booking form with our amended details and all was confirmed ok.
Our driver was at Fueteventura airport when we arrived, the mini bus was great.
On our return our driver was bang on time.
It's been a pleasure using Viva, very reasonable cost and great service.

Never let us down. After suspending my booking to Fuerteventura for nearly 2 years due to covid we exited arrivals hall to be met by our driver waiting with our name displayed. Return pick up just as smooth. Excellent service-wouldnt use anyone else.

We used viva for a transfer in Tenerife. On arrival we found only one driver for two families and were asked to share the ride. The whole reason for booking an individual transfer was to protect ourselves but mainly the children as young children are not vaccinated. We had to make an uncomfortable choice to go with it as no chance of getting anything else that late. Whilst we were offered a 50% refund even this had to be chased for payment. The drivers are great but you need to be aware Aviva said they have a big shortage of drivers! They should have advised us of this before we left to give us an option of booking elsewhere.

We have travelled many times with Vivatransfers. This time was no different. Their drivers are punctual and the transfer safe, comfortable and efficient. We feel the cost is very reasonable. Communication on pick up and transfer is excellent. We will book again with Viva transfers. We have no desire to tour the island for coach drop offs, when a short, direct drive gets our holiday off to a quick start and return.

Travelled many times from and back to resorts from airports with varying experience. Used Viva In a recent trip to Tenerife. Absolutely brilliant. Bang on time for both journeys and in comfortable vehicles. First class service and will be my future first choice

Viva Transfers have been by far the best transport I have ever used on any visit to lanzerote - I come over usually about 3 times a year for the past 20 years or more.. and I will definitely use Viva Transport on my next trip.

Worked everytime I used them. Also the last time, I got sick just hours before I was supposted to arrive at the airport and without asking for it they returned 50% of the cost for that trip and 100% for the return trip.
Best Service ever!

Wouldn't use another company after using viva .. we arrived 45 minutes earlier still had transport waiting pickup was right on time lovely polite driver great big bus to ourselves

Just cancelled my transfer in Tenerife with only nine hours before my flight. Disgusting service.

We travelled to Playa Blanca in September and decided to book a private transfer, despite having a TUI coach transfer included in our holiday package. We wanted to have a quick, painless transfer without all the hanging around.

We arrived at the airport and went to the designated meeting point but no driver was waiting. I called the office and was told that they were experiencing issues but a driver would be with us in 15 minutes.
A driver arrived, asked for our details and told us to follow him, he led us up to the outside drop off area, then told us to wait there and our transfer would arrive shortly.

We waited for about 15 minutes and then I called the office again to ask what was happening, eventually another driver arrived and told us to follow him, he offered no explanation or apology.
We followed him for quite a distance, again with no explanation, out of the drop off area, past the coach park area and finally we reached a minibus parked up.

We finally departed from the airport at 1245, our flight had arrived at 1120 and we were in the arrivals hall shortly afterwards. This delay in our transfer meant that we arrived at the hotel after the TUI coach transfer had arrived and all the passengers were already queuing up in the hotel reception waiting to check in and we had to join the back of the queue.
I received an apology by email with the offer of a 10% discount on my next booking, I declined the offer!
Not a good experience.

Stuff happens. I visited Gran Canaria and, as required by UK law at the time, took a Covid test for my return. It came back positive. Viva Transfers could not have been more helpful. I knew I needed to self isolate but also needed a negative Covid test to return so couldn't set a specific return date.

Viva transfers kindly suspended my return journey and allowed me to rebook, at no extra cost. At an incredibly stressful time the company couldn't have been more supportive and helpful. Combine that with being one of the cheapest and I don't see why people would book with anyone else.

I walked out of my complex at exactly the time I had booked and there was my driver who was dialling me to let me know he was there.

Amazing service from start to finish excellent communication friendly service . Took the worry out of the holiday comfortable clean minibus .
The communication from the Time of booking to coming home was superb , updated emails confirming your transfer .
Wouldn't use anyone else now
