Aston was an excellent help when booking our holiday to Ischia. He provided all the details I needed to make a decision about booking, shared different options so I could pick what suited me best and kindly managed to secure transfers that would have been otherwise unavailable. Great Experience Booking Italian Vacation
We booked an advertised Italy vacation package but wanted to extend stays in some places and fly out of a city not listed. This request was easily handled by Penny in Vivavista's Canadian office. I discovered Viva Vista Vacations Canada through a link on TravelZoo and this review is on the booking process since I haven’t yet travelled. Although the website pricing and information wasn’t very thorough, the customer service I received by Mark was excellent. He worked with me providing several different options and tried hard to stay in my budget and have good connections and travel time. Mark was quick to respond, provided great information, and the process was not stressful at all.
My feedback would be to update the website….
Would definitely recommend and use Viva Vista again.

Booking our Cancun vacation
Mark was our agent and he was wonderful. Very knowledgeable about the location and flights etc. Managed to answer a million questions, deal with credit card problems etc etc. and get us booked into a short notice vacation. The all inclusive price with flights and upgrades was very reasonable. Would not hesitate to recommend to family and friends.
