I purchased a wardrobe and did not receive the door. I had the hinges and the instructions but no door.
They have, so far, over 4 months, told me the wardrobe I purchased did not have a door and I can purchase just the door.
I however have the order, including a picture, showing the door. (I don’t think many people buy a wardrobe with no door??)
The customer service is quick and polite, but they insist I have to pay AGAIN for a door.
I would never use this company again. Dreadful !!

Firstly I wish I had come to Trustpilot to read the very concerning reviews before I had purchased from Vivense London.
I ordered a wardrobe, 1 set of drawers and 2 bedside tables.
The drawers and 2 bedside tables arrived on the 25th September with the wardrobe no where to be seen.
After opening the first box I was literally in shock not only with the worst quality in home furniture I have ever seen, but all the panels were scratched, chipped or damaged.

We then opened the other boxes to find the same issues.
I reported the issues 30 minutes after receiving the parcels.....
The more concerning point is not having my refund yet....all I get is a standard e mail reply stating we have within 2-14 days to refund.
Vivense have no idea about customer service or satisfaction, all you need to do is read Vivense's reply's on Trustpilot, very amateur.
I will never ever use this company again.

I have e mailed you 4 times regarding the refund to which your reply has been " you will be refunded between 2-14 business days. "
- firstly the 14 business days are up and still no refund. Why wouldn't you have chased the first time I got in contact to save this bad review?
- secondly I have sent you a screen shot from your own website stating from the method I made my purchase, that I would receive a refund in 2 business working days.
Words are cheap........

received the parcel after 8 weeks and the box appeared to have been teared apart and taped back together. also the parcel had "DAMAGED" written on it.
I have raised this to customer service and the outcome was to say which part needs replacing. We were hoping that only the box would be damaged however this item was knowingly sent damaged so they would expect customers to receive damage products and accept them.
Have requested for a return and refund.
Will update the rating as appropriate pending refund outcome.

Because we bought instore we were able to get our wardrobe assembled free of charge. Erdem came over to assemble it and did so quickly with no fuss and no mess. Great customer service

If I could give 0 stars then I would! This company is a disgrace! I ordered a wardrobe and drawers in March, these didn’t get delivered until 2 months later. The furniture had scratches on some panels which I received a 15% refund for. 3 months later, the door falls off! The plywood isn’t strong enough to hold the weight of the door! Resulting in this being non fixable and the door falling into my wall taking a huge chunk out! Contacted customer services to be told I can have a replacement part!! This would result in taking the whole thing apart to built back together to risk it happening again. This is dangerous and inadequate for use and I am being refused my money back! Do not order from these scammers!

Great fast and efficient service. Its ashame that my first order got cancelled. I was refunded the funds but not delivery which was at no fault of my own. Ordered again this month but would have been nice to have issued a voucher for the inconvenience.

The delivery was slightly behind schedule but I didn’t have any issues with customer service. We are pleased with our dining table and the installation chap Erdem was very precise, friendly and helpful.

We waited for over three months for this item to be delivered. They don't tell you that until you have paid for the item. I was under the impression this was a British made product as they say it is being manufactured and that's why it takes so long.
I was completely mistaken it has come from somewhere like turkey with the worst instructions I have ever seen it's all in foreign cannot read it. The pictures are very poor and the screws holes have not been put in the right place. At 7m at night we had the go to a b and q and get some screws to fit the holes. Also it is very poorly made edges are scuffed there is also found a deep gouge type mark on the side panel. Just a complete waste of money.

Please refund order #889233E758 (lola bookcase) you wrote to me in August to let me know there is a further delay on the bookshelf. So I cancelled the order and you said a refund will be issued within 14 days but I have been waiting for over a months. This is really poor customer service. I can see others have had the same issue. I am worried now that you are just ripping people off.

Bought a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. Different brands, but both from the same factory based on the package and accessories. A Turkish factory - all labels in Turkish, and the assembly instructions are in Turkish only and you have to download them - there is no paper copy provided with your purchase. The instructions are a joke - they suggest to assembly the wardrobe/chest frame with shelves and then screw the drawers rails.
Wooden legs turned out to be a painted chip plastic on both items. Holes for screws are not aligned, you must have a drill, as you’ll also have to make missing holes in plastic parts. Screws are longer than required, hence went through the furniture panels and stand out from the outside panels. Out of 4 draw handles only one sits tight, for others screws do not fit the handles holes, hence, the handles are just hanging loosely. The worst thing is that the white front panels of drawers and the wardrobe have damaged or dirty edges . And the wardrobe is wobbling, although the legs stand flat and leveled.
No surprise that the website offers no ratings nor customer reviews - I would not have bought a thing from the seller if I have seen the reviews like mine. Make yourself a huge favor - buy somewhere else and save your money and inner peace.

Unlike the company who originally delivered this sofa in may with nobody booked in to assemble it. Been a huge saga to get it assembled but. Big thank you to Erdem. Good luck with your new babies due next year

Range of products available are excellent. I ordered 3 different items and all of them exceeded my expectations.
One item was large and the delivery company contacted me the day before to confirm and again on the day of delivery around an hour before arrival. I had a small problem with a damaged component but Vivense got back to me quickly to arrange a replacement.
I will have no hesitation in purchasing from Vivense again in the near future.

Quality of this wardrobe is terrible for £300! There’s cracks and chipped pieces everywhere. This is absolutely unacceptable. Waited a month for this wardrobe.
Not able to upload photos as your attachment form doesn’t work. I try to submit a ticket but keep getting error messages.
The pieces are slightly the wrong length so it wobbles and have to stop this with a piece of wood.
I want a partial refund.
