Unauthorized Billing and Poor Communication at Vivian Health

my experience with Vivian Health has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. We entered into a contractual agreement with Vivian Health for a $3,000 monthly subscription for travel nurse and allied health staff leads. Initially, everything proceeded as agreed, and we made our payments on time for the service provided.

However, after four months, Vivian Health abruptly invoiced us for $26,000, claiming that we had received more leads than our subscription covered. This was not only surprising but also contrary to our agreement, which clearly states that no additional leads would be provided unless explicitly requested by email—a request we never made.

I have tried multiple times to resolve this issue amicably by reaching out to their Director of Operations and other contacts within the company, providing proof of our agreement and communication. Sadly, all my efforts have been ignored, and the company has continued to harass us with repeated bills for these unrequested services.
It is deeply concerning how Vivian Health handles contractual agreements and customer communication. I would caution any business considering their services to think twice due to their poor handling of contract terms and apparent disregard for customer service.

many of the contract offers are not accurate, in regards to rates or number of shift per contract.

How about try finding me a contract I…

How about try finding me a contract I need the work everytime you text me one that matches my profile I apply right away then either someone else gets it or no more applicants are being taken quite frankly I wish just for once I’d get some priority but I’m not on here crying over spilled milk just think there’s a double standard

It's a bait and switch with this companies. I applied for a position that's 3 12 hour day shift and they tell me it's 3-2300 5 days a week.

Great for Physical and Occupational Therapists

Easy to use app, upfront transparency in earnings. Wish there was a filter for time commitments: search only for 4x10 or 4x8 13 week contracts.
