Don,t order!!!
Don't order there, they don't deliver and then come up with a nonsense story that you have to pay for 'track and trace' to send your package again. You will not get your money back because that is stated in the conditions. I suspect that many packages get lost along the way with this company.

They don’t actually, it’s quite amazing, nearly all of them arrive without a hitch.
You demanded a refund for not receiving an international package within 2 weeks of ordering and kept asking for tracking which you didn’t pay for.
If you want tracking, pay for tracking. Note to customers: you will get your money back or reship for tracked orders which get lost in transit.
99% untracked orders arrive at the destination, we don’t play stupid games as described by the reviewer.
We want you all to use our products, we have nothing to gain from “losing” your orders.
After your review we sent you proof of postage receipt showing we have paid for and sent your order. And now crickets.

Not impressed with customer service. Haven't been able to try the product.
I ordered the LucidEsc supplements and went for the full Jedi package (5 bottles plus a sample of a different supplement. After doing some more research I learned that some people felt ill after taking them, so I sent an email within a few hours requesting to amend the order to a single bottle so I see how my body handled them before I ordered more. I received no response to my email. I sent a second one a few days later and still no response. Six weeks later I hadn't received the pills yet, so I sent another email requesting a refund.
Was ready to give up on that, but the refund was processed.
Finally got an email saying they were swapping into a new computer and the email response drafts got lost. Looks like the pills arrived when I was away on holiday and were returned. I was offered some free samples, which I have accepted, and am hoping they meet the hype. Otherwise, I was told the standard policy for multi-bottle orders is they offer a full refund on unopened bottles. I'm guessing shipping them back is on the purchaser.
*UPDATE - Mar 1, 2023*
The promised samples never arrived. I'm inclined to disbelieve the email draft story.

The following is an factual account of what happened as the reviewer is aware:
28th Sep 6am, Customer ordered 5 bottles .
28th Sep 10am, Order was dispatched, email with tracking sent to customer.
28th Sep 1pm, Customer emails:
"Hi. On second thought I would like to cancel this order or amend the order to a single bottle. I would like to try it before committing to a larger order. "
There is a draft I wrote in response to this email which starts:
"Hi,
You can try one bottle and if its not for you send back the rest still sealed and unused"

"I'm sorry about the lack of response, which I can explain below. It's not an excuse, I'm just letting you know I genuinely was unaware of your emails until setting up my laptop today after putting it away over Christmas.
I have 2 emails from you, the first I began replying to and was for whatever reason distracted and the email remains a draft. I apologise for that. And I didn't see your most recent email yet. Also I apologise, I can understand your frustration.
Here's how we proceed when you order multiple bottles. You try from one bottle leaving the remaining bottles sealed. If it's not for you within the 30 days of receiving the product you can get a full refund upon us receiving back the remaining unwanted bottles.
I can see from the tracking that a delivery was attempted but there was no answer, and they apparently left a note how to pick it up. (tracking link) Which I don't understand because it should be thin enough to fit through the letter box and not need signing for.
I can only apologise for this, and let you know it's not what I want for my customers. We'll send you a free sample of our products to an address of your choosing, is the previous address still appropriate or would it be better to send to another address?
As for the refund I'll get to that right away."

We have a mail box with limited space, so all parcel mail goes to the local depot for pickup. Considering the timing, it may have arrived and been returned during the month we were on vacation.
I would like an to take you up on your offer of free samples. The previous address will be fine. Thank you so much for your time and attention. "
"Ah that makes sense. Hopefully this time there shouldn't be a delay in receiving your shipment. I'll have the samples sent for you on Monday. And have happy new year!"

Regards the product I can't say that it didn't work, I remembered dreams much clearer when talking the tablets - however did have to get up for water in night due to dry mouth......

Worked first try!
First try took 2 before bed, woke up from alarm 4.5 hours later, remembered 2 dreams very vividly. Performed the SSILD method, went to sleep straight into a dream and was instantly lucid. Had the most vivid lucid dream of my life, almost too vivid, at the end of it I legitimately thought it was real life for a moment because it felt so real. Will be taking more of this, fantastic purchase! Note: I have had several lucid dreams in the past and my dream recall was fairly decent at the time of use. I recommend LucidEsc to people who want help with dream vividness, dream recall, and lucidity. Definitely works.

Nice people, great products
I am really happy for finding out about ViviDream and LucidEsc, I've been trying to lucid dream for more than 10 years without much success only having occasional lucidity a few times in a year, so I decided to give some pills a try and first night I took them on WBTB I attained lucidity! I will definitely buy some more and prolong the experimentation. Jacob from the team helped me with delivery issues, and they sent me "Are you dreaming?" wristband and deep sleep pills as gits as well! :)

A mix of highs and lows.
I feel like the product would be more successful if I was better at lucid dreaming. The first night I took them, the images I could project in my mind were more clear than ever, but only on the first day. After multiple days, the dreams I do remember are no more or less vivid regardless if I have recently taken a dose. I’ve been taking lucid dreaming training in general, but haven’t had much success. I’ll probably need more practice before I use the rest of what I have.
