never received a replacement wheel of the front wheel that had bearing failure at 280 miles oin bike. will never buy another one

Terrible company!

We bought a bike from this company off Walmart, market place and, oh boy, that was a mistake. It took 2 months to get a refund for the bike they shipped broke to us. The worse part is, they tried to blame us for it being broken when out of the box the gear shift protector bar was bent inwards right. It shifter and caused that to break the chain and the box was all damaged and broken terrible experience this company never owned up to their fault and kept trying to refuse any refund until Walmart finally stepped in and forced a refund out of them. We still wish to this day that VIVI would have just shipped us a new bike as they should have because of their faulty shipping and bad handling just but this company has no dignity or respect for its customers whatsoever, which is sad. If anyone reads this, trying to figure out what kind of company VIVIebikes is, just know they are not a good company and should be avoided at all cost if you plan on buying an electric bike!

a dangerous mistake

...The battery has NO safety companies label of safety. It could burst into flames because there is no safety sticker from a true source, like UL Laboratories.
...The battery has died after just 40 uses.
...No one will fix a rear tire flat because they don't want to screw up the electric motor and be sued..
...They claim a top speed of 25 mph, and a range of 40, but I got to 15 ONLY by going down a steep hill.
replacing a flat rear tire is difficult if you do NOT mark the connections before you disconnect. It took me 35 minutes to make the right connection before I used white fingernail polish to mark the connection.
...Now, they are trying to force this review offline by asking for a reference number when I do not have one.
...I forgot to add that the battery is inside a BAG that is attached by Velcro tabs. I had to run over a muffler dropped by a small truck on a bridge. the bag tore off and pulled me onto the path of a van, that swerved. One tab is missing now. I wish I cold add a pic of the bike.

I TOSSED THIS "PIECE OF GARBAGE" WHERE IT BELONGED, IN THE GARBAGE
YOU ASKED IF I HAVE PICS OF THE FAILED PARTS? WHY WOULD I WANT TO TAKE PITCURES OF GARBAGE?? OR KEEP PICS OF GARBAGE?? IM NOT THAT CRAZY OR STUPID!!!!!!!!!!!
I WISH THAT Ii NEVER BOUGHT IT.
NOW, WHEN YOU KNEW IT WAS TOO LATE TO MATTER; YOU SEND A REPLY?
