Quite a nasty experience
Quite a nasty experience. Wax was not removed fully , they promised free removal of wax but didnt honoured and asked for very high fees again. Went to GP now trying to find solution. Be very careful

Fantastic experience
The lady who helped me was fantastic, she explained the whole process both before and as she was doing it. Was very gentle and provided great information for after care! Would highly recommend.

I’d had a problem with my right ear for 10 days prior to appt.
Staff were punctual & friendly throughout explaining process.
Treatment was quick & painless.
And gave me back hearing in my ear which was blocked.
I’d recommend them to anyone who needs this procedure

From the time I was taken to the room I received a 1st class service by the member of staff treating me..the whole procedure was sucessfully done swiftly.

Great service
I need to have wax in my ears removed regularly and have been going to Vivona for a few years now. The staff are always lovely and the service they provide is great.

The staff were courteous and professional and although it took 3 attempts they didn't charge me any extra

Gentle and professional
I was disappointed when the Bromley branch closed but so glad I went to the West Croydon Vivona instead, Candice was so gentle and professional, the building is modern and easy to find, I shall now be going back every 6 months as recommended!
