Fantastic service from the start. Needed to change my delivery address as I was moving before the bed arrived and it wasn't an issue for them at all. About three days later I decided to change the colour and again, messaged them and they happily obliged. They then contacted me a couple of days before delivery with the date and estimated time and on the day of delivery I got a call approximately an hour before they arrived. The delivery guys were very friendly and took the bed to the room. The quality of the bed itself is good, the only little criticism I have is the plastic feet are a little cheap, but that I can live with for the outstanding service and quality of the rest.

I purchased a master bedroom super king bed from them, and it is of superb quality fabric and a hydraulic system for an Ottoman bed. All my bespoke bed requirements were met with good customer service and reasonable price. My delivery was prompt compared to other bed companies. Excellent service, and I would highly recommend them. Superb customer service, highest quality beds and brilliant delivery and assembly service. I have purchased 6 beds from Uzman at Viz Beds, and these have been separate, repeat orders given the outstanding service and quality they provide each and every time. Uzman is a true gentleman and Farooq and his delivery team are amazing. I would not go anywhere else if thinking about purchasing a bed. The quality of materials, finish and sales support is second to none. I have recommended Viz Beds to others and would not go elsewhere. Good customer service, arrived earlier than expected

This is the 2nd ottoman bed I’ve bought from Viz. can’t recommend them enough. Excellent quality bed! Also the delivery team are so good very helpful and polite. Don’t hesitate to buy from VIz beds. Love mine

Great service and we love the bed.
I originally ordered the wrong colour bed and gave VizBeds a ring, they were courteous and helpful and we resolved the issue quickly.
After ordering the bed arrived and it didn’t take them long to erect the bed. Fabulous service.

Service and delivery was great, the bed is OK, the reason I say only ok is, it's not made as well as I would have liked, but it's for a child so will be ok for now. I have bought a 3ft mattress but still has a gap at the bottom of the bed. Can't fault the delivery but product is over priced, if it had been for myself I would have sent it back, sorry but have to be honest, cheaply made, ok for a child.

I have brought 3 beds from Viz beds and they never dissapoint always friendly and quick service delivering quality beds . Would highly reccomend.

I decided to take a risk and buy a king sized divan bed from Viz based on the reviews as I’d not come across them before. So glad I did! The bed arrived on time and looks stunning, everything was as described. Communication has been fantastic throughout the purchasing process. Initially I had ordered a blue bed and then called up to check the colour matched the one on the website. The lady that answered recommended I look through their samples (which she sent out the same day) and I’m so glad I did as I then decided to go for the pink.

Delivery & after sales service has been nothing short of brilliant too - this company has gone above and beyond to ensure I was happy with my purchase. Thank you and would not hesitate to use again in the future and recommend to others.

So pleased with our new super king bed. It arrived really quickly after ordering and the communications from Vizbeds were great. Unfortunately, the day before the delivery they called to say it was a one man delivery due to sickness and asked if someone could assist. This was not a problem and they assembled for free due to this! Bed and mattress seem great quality. The delivery man was extremely professional and took away all packaging. Really impressed would definitely recommend.

Great experience with Vizbeds. My new bed is great, was delivered fast. They rang me a few days before to give me the delivery date/time, then rang me on the day to say he'd be about half a hour (which he was) lovely delivery man, took it upstairs for me then put it all together for me, which wasnt expected. I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again. Thank you Vidbeds :)
