One very happy customer

I must say that I was very impressed by Vizion Network in how they handled the sourcing of repairers in my area and the excellent communication during the repair and also Campailla's of Llanelli who carried out the repairs;Im very grateful to both companies and also Hastings who arranged the transfer of my car from France.

Excellent customer service and top quality repairs from Advantage Valley Ltd, I would highly recommend to anyone who needed bodywork and repairs. This was through Vizion Network who have provided amazing customer service and kept me updated throughout.

Taking the stress out of car repair following an accident

It is so reassuring to meet staff who ring when they say they are going to and answer the phone with courtesy and explain what’s happening .
They handled the repair of my car and the replacement whilst it was repaired seamlessly
I can’t recommend them highly enough .

From initial contact after a no fault accident, to return of my vehicle, communications via text and email has been excellent. Repairs seem to look good. The only issue has been in the delay of parts being received to finish the repairs earlier. This is by no means a reflection on the repairer.

Poor Safety standards

Following a minor collision I arranged a repair through my insurer. Initially very easy and straightforward.

They arranged repairs via Vizion. It took several months for a courtesy car to be available, and for the repairs to take place.

When the courtesy car arrived (later than advised) they did not carry out any checks, record mileage, petrol consumption, record damage, take photos - nothing.

Upon ignition it became apparent this car was riddled with faults. Numerous warning and hazzard lights lit up the dashboard. This included an image of two cars crashing. I messaged the garage with a photo of the dashboard who said the vehicle was safe to drive. They did this without checking the vehicle.

The customer service manager at Vizion network told me directly (several times) that they do not check that garages within their network are undertaking and meeting safety standards for their courtesy vehicles, he also said they do not have a policy in place for safety checks. He said they rely on the garages sorting themselves out. He also said he could ask the local area manager to have a word with them, but they have no power over the garages in their network.

I was supplied with a courtesy car by a preferred repairer who supplied a car and did not undertake safety checks on handover. The car dashboard showed numerous faults on ignition. The repairer then said the car was safe to drive without undertaking any site diagnostic checks.

They said the garage were not being forthcoming with information regarding safety checks, and could not provide evidence any checks had been undertaken. They said they had no power to do anything to the garage, and the garage’s policy was not to do safety checks. So they did not consider they had done anything wrong.

The garage told Vizion that the car had a fault with the cruise control and was waiting for repair. My insurers confirmed this was not the cause of the warning faults, but confirms my fears they were aware that the car was faulty on delivery.

Terrible experience - and extremely worrying and dangerous safety standards.

Service and communication were…

Service and communication were excellent. Received phone or text updates every 2 days. Courtesy car was excellent and arrived within a few days of my accident. Repair is perfect couldn’t fault the team!

Vizion Vehicle Replacement confusion

The case handler was always polite and respectful but, I was told on multiple times that they have a large network of approved suppliers and sourcing a car of my spec should hopefully be straightforward. The next day I was informed they couldn’t find a car and I would need a replacement built from new from the manufacturer and this could take 8-12 weeks. The manufacturer on their website has multiple vehicles of exactly the same spec available for immediate delivery, when I told Vizion this I was told that the manufacturer is not on their list of approved suppliers. This confused me as to get a factory built car, this would need to come from the manufacturer. I asked why this was and I wasn’t given an answer, only that they can only source cars from the large network of approved suppliers.

I am struggling to understand why cars are available from the manufacturer but not available on Vizions list of approved suppliers. No answer was given, only that I need to know wait another working day so they can carry out a secondary search and so the call handler could discuss this with his superiors.

I have raised this with my insurance company who have said they will need to investigate.

Wonder if any others have had a similar experience through VVR. Vizion Vehicle Replacement

A Happy experience.

My car had to b collected at the front door due 2 its condition,Amanda at customer services got me a courtesy car, a little runaround. Stonacre at Blackburn kept me informed by phone on the progress, the repair was done quite quickly, all in all very happy with the experience I highly recomend them .😃👍
