Vinay was very helpful in suggesting the most appropriate cricket kit for my budget, he let me decide what to go for in my own time (no pressuring). Once I selected what I wanted the order was dealt with very quickly and I received everything within 2 days.

From first impressions the quality of the kit is good for the price, and with the service I received I would definitely use VKS again.

I have to say very happy with the BRILLIANT SERVICE VKS provided for me when visiting the lovely family buisness everyone at the shop were polite and helpful and when shopping online my products arrived the very next day.
Also when dealing direct with Vinay via email there was no question too big or too small and he replied straight away.
I have purchased 3 ton's now and I have to say VKS have some of the best on display.
On a whole a very amazing service and experience shopping with VKS that I would recommend to all.

I have not received my bat yet but I must admit that the communication and personal touch to your experience with Vinay is extraordinary. Who would still reply to your email at 3 in the morning. Every question is answered almost instantly and if unable to give an answer would let you know when. Now that's customer relationship. I've had great experiences elsewhere but none this good.

Just received my bat from VKS and very happy with the purchase. Mr. Vinay Bedi was very prompt in answering many queries from me and his advice was very helpful in choosing the bat. He hand picked and tested a bat for me exactly to my specifications and I am very satisfied with it. The bat was delivered exactly as per given time estimate. Outstanding service!!

Equipement arrived as ordered on time

I had already dealt with Vinay and VKS In the summer when purchasing a ton silver edition and ton gloves but I was after the fuller profiled gladiator elite in long blade, VKS had long blades in stock and I exchanged a few emails with Vinay over the Xmas period. All emails were answered fully and quickly, when I finally was in a position to purchase I ordered online for next day delivery. The bat was at my door by 1130 the following day. The bat feels excellent in pick up and balance. Couldn't ask anything more Outstanding service!!!

I have been buying products from VKS since the late 1980s as and when I visit London. Since the last few years I have been getting goods shipped to Pakistan and am extremely happy with the service provided and the manner in which my queries are handled by Mr. Vinay Bedi.
Hopefully VKS will continue to provide such excellent service in future and I would remain their client for life... my best wishes always

E-mail received informing me of delivery and the delivery was made within the specified time period.

Upon opening the goods I was a little confused why the tennis shoes are a different colour to the shoes which I ordered?

As described, next day delivery, great products, offered alternative when not in stock, will use again, thanks.

I put out a question on a online forum VKS replied in 12hrs . I used the VKS online purchasing forms from there website. When I had placed my order . they called me to say that they didn't have exactly what I had ordered, but offered me alternatives which I thought was great service rather than a "sorry nothing doing" The package arrived on time and as promised . A thoroughly pleasant buying experience. .

But impressed by your good customer service in trying hard to locate a pair of this now discontinued shoe. So excellent service albeit came to nothing and did not achieve my objectives
Also impressed by useful and frank advice on quality of alternative shoes.
Frustrated by the shoe manufacturers who always seem to change their shoe designs so frequently that as soon as I find one I like they then discontinue it. Wilson did this. now Head.
I have orhotics and it is difficult to find a shoe that works for me. I also play competitively so need a good fit that is comfortable, has good support. Hence very few shoes fit the bill for me and it takes me a lot of hard work to find a good one. So even more frustrating that having found a good one in Head Prestige II mens tennis shoe they go and discontinue it.. Gr............

I pretty much knew what I wanted so didn't need to navigate the site much but the process of buying the item was very quick and efficient. The delivery experience was even better. I ticked the 3 day option but they arrived the next morning and I was texted a one hour time slot and even given the name of the driver!
One thing for the site manager to note is that the picture of the cricket boots I ordered showed green detailing but the ones that arrived had blue detailing. For me this wasn't an issue but either use a colour option drop down box or have the correct picture on the site.
