No support and no respect to your data
Last year I signed up for their free trial genuinely thinking the platform had a great potential (and a lot of promotion within Mindvalley community, which I used to trust. Vocable founder was a guest at theirs AI Summit and she was presented as social media and AI guru ).
Once it turned out it was just a mock-up and no features that would actually work (keep in mind - it was summer 2024; their product description and offer page was full of lies, but I can't say how it looks today), I requested not to enrol me into their payed subscription and to delete my data.
I wasn't able to access the account anymore but they still charged me almost 500$, leaving me with no responses from their support team.
I was hopeless and finally requested some help by commenting on their social media, that was the only thing that worked - I actually got my refund.
Now - a year later, it turned out they not only didn't delete my data, but they also kept my credit card and have been trying to charge it multiple times over the past couple of days. It's been marked as scam so my bank keeps rejecting their requests, but I've been trying to reach them via 2 e-mail addresses that they provide for support and there has been no response from their team.
Today I tried again the last year's trick - I commented under their's most recent post about the entire situation.
Fortunately they can't take any money from my account, but honestly this is scary how a company that's trying to build great reputation with celebrities endorsments has no respect to their users' data.
As per GDPR (if they accept European clients, they should comply) - a user/ lead/ client can request their data to be deleted and in this case there was no reason to keep my payment information nor any other type of data.
I'm not gonna EVER trust them again
