Totally disappointed and unhappy with SVT
In as much as I would have given a better rating,The kind of experience I had with the company is quite annoying.My first accesor does nothing other than give us stories of how her holiday went,she never responds to submitted units which slowed me down in completing my level 3 in adult care.
At some point I had to make some changes in my life and I was experiencing a difficult time,I reached out to April to explain my situation and possible delay in completing my course,she never responded only for me to be logged out of my course without notice in November and Phil claimed he has sent me a mail that I never received.I had to pay extra £600 to be able to complete the course.The most annoying part was the fact that I completed the course since February and I couldn't do my observation until May.Totally unhappy and dissatisfied,I won't be using SVT in the future,neither will I allow anyone I know use them.

It's important to note that all our interactions are meticulously recorded, allowing us to review all communication including calls and emails. Regarding your claim of not receiving responses from your Assessor, our investigation revealed an email from you expressing gratitude to April for her prompt response and willingness to engage in further communication. Please see message below:
"Thank you so much for your prompt response you can call me anytime from 10am in the morning to 4pm in the evening any day of the week except weekends. I will be happy to receive your call."
Additionally, the delay in your observation occurring in May was a direct result of not meeting the requisite 60% completion threshold for your course and necessitated resubmission of work to meet the awarding body's standards. We also cross-checked the email correspondence from Phil and confirmed that an email was indeed sent, possibly landing in your spam folder. The standard duration for completing a Level 3 in Health Care typically spans 6-8 months within the 12 months access period. As stipulated in our terms and conditions, any extension beyond the initial 12-month period incurs additional charges, which align with industry practices akin to a university setting where additional study time incurs additional costs. The reference to the Assessor's holiday was aimed at fostering rapport with our clientele, emblematic of our personalised teaching style that values human interaction over robotic responses. At SVT, our assessors boast extensive experience and expertise, equipping them to provide top-notch guidance and support throughout your educational journey.

Just passed NVQ5 with help of SVT.
Just completed over two years working towards a NVQ5 Diploma in OH&S with SVT. Having completed a great deal of remote learning, I feel I have had the most supportive experience yet. Assignments were generally assessed and approved or returned by my assessor, Matt, within just a few days. Feedback was always comprehensive enough to ensure any returned work was sufficiently improved on and approved. Leanne's administrative support throughout my learning was always prompt, clear and attentive. A very positive experience.

I have just completed a H&S course with…
I have just completed a H&S course with SVT. I was able to draw on my own knowledge and then research further to gain a better understanding. Matt King my assessor has been a great support and I could not have done this without him. He always answered any questions I had promptly. L6 Diploma Experience
I have completed my L6 diploma after 7months, which is very quick and a great achievement. This would not have been possible if it wasn't for Matt. Matt's guidance and information really enabled me to provide the best information with good results. We were both 'on it'! Matt would respond very quick with his guidance, feedback, requests and sign off.
The content of this course is very detailed but allows you to draw on your own experiences.
The support staff have also been great and quick to respond to any questions I had. They are very professional.
I would recommend this way of learning and company to everyone.

I have recently completed my Level 7…
I have recently completed my Level 7 NVQ in Strategic Management and Leadership with SVT. The course was completed with online components and self paced material research. The team at SVT have everything organized and structured for each assignment. The guidance and feedback is there for you to make sure you complete each assignment to the right level of detail and content. There is also you tube content that have been developed to support the course and provide an outline of the modules you are working on. During the course there are verbal assignments which again are easily scheduled and attended over teams. You'll get out of the course what you put in and SVT are there to guide you through it. Pay attention to the instructions for uploading the assignments. All in all a great experience.

Very poor service
Very poor service. As many others share similar experience... Very good at taking payments and their collection team is very aggressive, even when they are not providing the service you would expect. We were put on a new version of the course, the tutor was trying to be helpful but the material and advise simply didn't align with the course questions. City and guild published their material for the new course 8 months after we were enrolled onto it. They simply want to sell and don't care about their offering. Sure many have a good experience and many also sort it out themselves, but if you actually want help, don't expect it from the management or admin team, they are unprofessional, rude and ignorant.

Top class company, would highly recommend
My experience with SVT has been nothing short of pleasant, and I am happy to say after 26 months, I have passed and received a Level 6 Diploma. The whole team showed support throughout and assisted in every way possible. A perfect example is the guidance (thank you, Leanne) for the required evidence; they send you a list that makes collecting the latter easier.
But I want to thank my tutor, Matt King; as someone with dyslexia, I sometimes struggle with understanding questions. Matt was always available when I needed a few broken down, which assisted in completing them. We would organise a call every few weeks until I got into the flow of things.
SVT is there to work with you as they want you to succeed; I highly recommend using their service.
I want to thank the team, Leanne and Matt, for their fantastic service.

Having recently successfully completed Level 6 Occupational Health & Safety
Having recently successfully completed Level 6 Occupational Health & Safety, I would like to highly recommend SVT Ltd as a vocational training provider.
From beginning to end, I received excellent instruction, guidance and support. My Portfolio Assessor Matt King provided excellent support, with quick responses and concise instruction giving me a clear steer towards completing units throughout.
The system is very easy to use, including uploading evidence and revising evidence where required following feedback.
The system also has a large library of useful information, as well as detailed guides on each unit.
I would highly recommend SVT Ltd to other delegates looking to progress their career with vocational training.
