Level 5 NVQ - Great support
I undertook my L5 NVQ in occupational health and safety with SVT. I was impressed with the level of communication from say 1. It's was very helpful to complete at my own pace whilst getting prompt support and responses from the course co-ordinator. I would certainly recommend SVT and use them again.

Really enjoyed my level 5 safety course. Matt king was very supportive and was there when needed. Mark was helpful and gave me some good advise. Passed my course in 11 months and I have learnt a lot. Highly recommended

Absolutely awful
Absolutely awful - exactly as Michelle says. They promise you all the help in the world and happily take your money. Then one by one each trainer leaves and no one else gets in contact with you. I can prove I have sent this company plenty of emails about my concerns and have not been responded to at all. Do not waste your money.

Thank you for your review Joanna. You was allowed 2 years access to the course and you failed to complete or submit evidence that was up to the required standards of the accredited body. This is a course that SVT candidates will complete within 8 months and our testimonials speak volumes. WE understand some candidates get frustrated when they struggle to complete but the assessing team was their to assist you. I only have 1 complaint from you following SVT procedures within the first 12 months as per the SVT terms and Conditions. NEVER enroll at SVT if you care for your future. Collection team is very keen yet Care team is always on holiday. Mind you I get my feedback about my writing from the collection team. How unprofessional is that? My time,money and effort were all wasted.

The candidate had 12 months access to complete the course and failed to do so. The candidate was also happy to buy a 12 month extension after running out of time. Everything was done to support the candidate and like all candidates has unlimited support with the assessor. At SVT we are proud to have direct claim status with City and Guilds which is testament to the quality delivery. The candidate also received a refund as a gesture of goodwill and it is a shame she felt she had to leave such a poor review after been confident in SVT to purchase an extension. SVT have been providing quality courses for 20 years. This is no reflection on the outstanding service we provide.
