Arnaque! Fuyez !!!! Le sèche cheveux marche plus au bout de 3 utilisations et ils veulent pas rembourser

Do NOT buy this product!! The product overheated and melted after just 3 weeks of using it. Did some damage to my hair. Tryed to contact the company but no response!

Commande passée le 5 février 2026 pour 179 €.

J’exerce mon droit de rétractation dans les délais légaux et refuse le colis à la livraison. Le suivi confirme que le colis a bien été retourné et reçu par le vendeur.

À partir de là, situation inacceptable :

* Réponses automatiques répétées en boucle, sans jamais traiter le problème
* Envoi de faux ou inutiles numéros de suivi
* Refus systématique de remboursement complet malgré retour du produit
* Tentative d’imposer une retenue de 15 % totalement injustifiée

Après de nombreuses relances et démarches (plateforme, signalements…), aucune réelle prise en charge du dossier. A ce jour je n’ai toujours pas été remboursé !

Ce type de comportement donne une impression très sérieuse de pratiques abusives et d’un service client inexistant.

I was fooled by a fake article too, promising a great product with a fake AU website.

Email correspondence went from it’s on its way we’ve followed up with courier, to I have to follow up with courier one month post purchase, to we’ll give you 5% refund, to cancel your bank dispute for 15% discount and we will resend if you confirm your address - too all sorts of lies and games.

ABSOLUTE SCAM, DONT GIVE YOU MONEY AS YOU'LL NEVER SEE IT AGAIN

Je suis arrivée sur ce site par le biais du site de comparaison Quality Reviewer qui est lui doit probablement être une arnaque pour nous amener à commander sur Voeflow.
J’ai voulu annuler ma commande moins de 90 minutes après l’avoir passé et on m’a répondu que c’était impossible car elle est déjà expédiée. Déjà expédiée 90 minutes après mais 3 jours après je n’ai toujours pas de numéro d’expédition….
La solution proposée: après réception, un retour en Chine à ma charge!!!

I tried to contact this company numerous
Times but no response , I want basically to get my money back but this company is a scam . After 1 minute of purchasing I realise they are in china and the hairdryer wouldn’t be in time for Mother’s Day so I went back to cancel and it’s impossible
How are they allowed to trade in Uk ???

They are faking the whole process from order to delivery. Asking for personal information, please do not order here.

After falling for a fake article, I brought a hairdryer for my girlfriend as a Christmas present. Within 10 minutes of ordering, I requested to cancel as I saw the overwhelmingly negative reviews. They refused and said that I must return the product instead. I never received it and demanded a refund numerous times - to which they told me I needed to speak to the delivery courier. I told them that wasn’t my problem and after another set of firm demands, they told me that they would speak to the courier to resolve the issue and get back to me - they never did. In the end I filed a claim with my bank and got the money back - to which they emailed me multiple times telling me to cancel the dispute. I’ve blocked their email address. They will do anything to keep hold of your money. This company needs to be closed down and punished for scamming.

Ordered a month ago no product received. Contacted their support email nothing. Clearly a scam - do not buy from this site.

Même expérience que tout le monde ici. Le retour aux frais de l'acheteur se fait en Chine alors que le site est français, il devrait y avoir possibilité de retourner l'article en France. On peut trouver le même article ( ou un article équivalent) pour moins de 60 euros (et pas 179 euros!) . Publicité mensongère

I ordered the hair dryer on NYE and 10 mins later realised I’d made a mistake after reading the reviews that it was being delivered from China! I tried to cancel but they said it had been shipped. Thankfully I paid by credit card so I contacted the bank. I had to wait for it to be delivered then log a chargeback. I received the product which just didn’t look like it was safe to use and there were no instructions or warranty details. The plug had no safety markings on it either. I contacted the support email and advised I was returning it. Took pictures and boxed it up with bubble wrap. I managed to get a response about returning with an address. I paid £31.70 at the PO to return tracked to China. It has took over a couple of weeks to get to their China warehouse and they told me I had to pay $15.08 for customs charges. I told them to take this off my refund. I’m now at the point where they have the product, but are wanting me to cancel the dispute with my bank then they will give me 50% refund!!!! It’s been left that they give me the full refund of £129 minus the $15.08 not 50% of £129. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRID COMPANY YOU WILL GET NOTHING BUT STRESS AND LOSE MONEY!!!!

AVOID!!! Ordered thinking they were a UK company who promised delivery before Xmas. When I chased for a delivery update, I saw on the tracking they were shipping from China. Eventually I got a notification that the hair dryer was delivered, but I was in my home at the time, and no knock on the door, no goods outside my house. When I contacted them, they shared tracking that said it was signed for, but the also shared a photo of a package outside a closed front door. I pointed this out, and that I hadn't signed for it, and they then shared different tracking information that said it was delivered to a secure location, with the same photo. I ended up having to buy another hair dryer for my wifes present. They then said it was the couriers responsibility, the courier said it was the vendors responsibility. I continued to chase Voeflow for a resolution, and in the end I contacted my credit card company. Voeflow then contacted me to ask what was wrong with the item and then started to make up all manner of "policies" about why I can't have a refund. Even though they were replying to a thread about a missing item, they were still talking about returning faulty goods, charges and more contradictory policies.

Update: My credit card company have refunded me, but Voeflow continue to contact me, telling me that they can't refund me because of their "policy", and if I cancel the dispute, they will partially refund me 15%. They just can't stop lying.

Further update: they have emailed me to again ask what is wrong with the hair dryer (that I didn't receive), say they have proof it was signed for and that if I don't cancel the dispute, it will affect my credit score. They have offered a 50% refund (for an item I didn't receive) and "hope to resolve this issue peacefully". They are so desperate to hold onto the smallest amount of my.money.

Fake Fake Fake. Not a UK company. Please avoid. Do not trust the positive reviews!! They won't allow me to return a hairdryer that broke after 5 minutes. Lyna

Fraud purchased the product and just after that cancelled the order due to bad opinion. They refused to cancel the order after that they claimed 15% fee after the delivery was refused. After that they claimed to sent back cash but didn’t’ provide proof of transaction and just told me I can check it with my bank. Simply scam.

Received product before Christmas, want to return it and company saying there needs to be something wrong with it. The are telling me to pay postage and customs or they will give me 5% off! Absolute scam - PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. Its not a UK company and product is sent from china.

Way quieter than my old model. It dries fast without burning my scalp. The magnetic nozzle on this hair dryer is super easy to pop on and off.

Blown away by the power of this thing. My medium-length hair is bone dry in literally five minutes. No frizz thanks to the negative ions and honestly, for the price, this hair dryer is an absolute steal.

I got this hairdryer for Christmas 2024my partner bought it for me. I really like it, lightweight, easy to use and dries my thick hair pretty quick. Not really sure why all the reviews on here are so bad? But hey ho I’m happy with my item.

I ordered an item that was due to be delivered on the 13 January. It has not arrived. This company is a scam do not buy from them.

The item was ordered for Christmas from Voeflow.co.uk a seemingly British company based in the uk nothing on the site about being shipped from CHINA.....made the order from a fake Facebook pop up review as I had been looking for a quality hair dryer.....so I hold Facebook complicit also... the reviews had the dryer on par with all the major brands at a third of the cost, not only this they were salons...impressive.
So I was assured of my Xmas delivery and placed the order, I had an order number but no tracking as of yet, checking a couple of days later I could see a tracking system showing a Chinese origin, I immediately called to cancel as I didn't want a Chinese product and was worried about it being compliant with British and European standards and the probability that it would not arrive in time. I was told I could not cancel as the process had started and I should just send it back. I requested a refund because I was missled by the company posing as UK based and through distance selling regulations I was within my rights. OBVIOUSLY it did not arrive before Xmas day but I had already purchased an alternative by then. I once more refused the purchase and was told not to accept it off the courier when it did come.....on the 27th December and the courier made no attempt to ring or knock the door at 8.58 am .....we were all in bed and never went outside the door at all that day as it was so cold and we were hung over, just chilling at home unaware. Still thinking I was awaiting a package I contacted the company again and they said it was delivered....there was nothing outside my front door on investigation. Now they are pursuing the delivery company after initially telling me to do this, I did and the courier say I didn't have the contract with them, they know this, get them to contact us......this is where we are now.... ABSOLUTELY AVOID it would be ZERO if I could
