I received too faced bronzer and nothing was in the box ! Only the mirror pack with no product inside how to contact them

Very bad customer service

I wrote a review about Vogacloset because I received a sunglasses instead of my package. They finally fixed it and I received my package. Unfortunately I received it very late and it was very difficult to get along with the delivery company they have contracted. It's not worth spending so much time on the phone and/or writing complaints... Although, it is true that Vogacloset's customer service has been very good. Thanks to this, I received my package.

Cheap quality and please don’t ever buy from this App. I bought this with another iteam for almost AED 500 and I returned the items because they are really cheap quality and they deducted 200 dhs from my money!! I only received 300 dhs. This is crazy!!!!

Absolutely awful. Wrong items sent, customer care team totally incompetent and rude, money wasted on delivery and returns and my issue is still not resolved. Do not order from here!

My order is a week late and customer service is not helpful at all. Why would Voga Closet inform us of a delivery date they are not able to respect - this is frustrating and their customer service is not being helpful. They still have not responded to me on WhatsApp 5 hours after I sent them a clear query.

Tracking your returns and refunds is impossible. Aramex picked up my items on October 31. I have not received any update regarding my refund. I don't even know if they received the items. Their number does not work and no one answers the whatsapp. I have sent an email, and still waiting for a reply. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM IF YOURE SOMEONE WHO RETURNS ITEMS. Ive never had such a bad experience with returns and refunds and will never order from Voga again.

Was a bit afraid of the reviews but ordered only after checking them. Got the delivery without a few days and a call from their customer service in regards to a question I had. All smooth.

I read these reviews after my purchase and I was worried. This was my first order from Vogacloset. Item was on a good offer. I received it in less than a week and it was international shipping. Everything went smoothly.

If I could give a zero I would. Very expensive and poor quality. Delivery is also very slow. Will never use them again!!

I feel like their prices are getting higher every year. When I compare some of the prices of the brands they are selling on their website to their original ones, I am definitely being scammed. Like for example a dress that is priced at $200, they are selling it for more than $300. It's ridiculous, that's why I stopped ordering clothes from their site.

I have been trying to return an item for a week. Customer service keeps saying the same thing. Definite scam trying to get out of refunding my money. They think customers will forget about it and not bother, but I will continue to pursue a return and refund. If they can’t commit to providing service, why is Vogacloset still in business? Definitely my last order.

I ordered a dress and the quality was so cheap and bad nothing like the picture so i requested a return and no one picked up my dress so i tried contacting them through whatsapp and the customer service is very slow and no one was solving my issue and i dont have enough time to keep contacting them and waiting for them to answer 24/7 and now theyre telling me 14 days passed you have to send us a picture of the item and its taking forever to return this item i will never order again !!!!!!

I returned them the package because it was very bad quality and not worth of price. after 10 days still no mail or any update . After sharing my review i ve got vogacloset customer service team contacted me via email and updated me that with 2 working days i ll be receiving my refund. Well thanks for the reply and the follow up.

Very cheap quality comparing to the prices
The clothes material are cheap Very Very cheap and bad quality, plus they don’t allow customers to write reviews on the products on their website site/application!!! So not professional!!!!!!

Bad experience cant even track my order!! Customer service is bad i tried reaching out but it took 3-4 days till they answered. I still dont have my shipping info or event track it!!! Never ordering from vogacloset again bad experience from saudi arabia

I have been purchasing from Vogacloset ever since it launched, and my experience has been amazing so far! I never had to return any item because of poor quality or damaged items. Its my 1st option to go for stylish party dresses in particular.
In general, I highly recommend it.

I love how fast they delivered my order, me and my daughter loved the products.
Definitely will be my first place to do my online shopping! Keep up the fantastic work

I wish I read some reviews before deciding to order . The item arrived damaged and it s been 2 weeks since I am trying to return it, but they are just trying to avoid the return and refund.
Its a big scam website . Please do not order. A waste of money and time. I will make sure to take the issue to another level, as such scams should not exist.
