Did not buy from this company, I never received the order, I asked customer service for a refund and they told me the order was on its way, 3 weeks later I asked for a refund and I never got a response and no refund.

Don't order there! I'm waiting for my orders so long! No updates, no shipping! Never again!!

Ordered in february.
A few months later they told me I'd get half a refund and the keychains shipped to me.
Got neither.

I was the 5 star review and I sadly did that anonymously and can't take it back.
First order with them was good, but the second one was a very bad experience. I have been ghosted by them for weeks and the product was supposed "lost" but I later found out that one of my items hadn't even been produced.
When the others arrived it hadn't been polished and had sharp edges.
I got a partial refund for the item that couldn't be produced also the standee was crooked and falls apart easily

They’re legit, but be prepared to wait a long, long time. Takes at least two months in my experience, and they’re not great with proactive communication—you have to reach out yourself if you want updates on order status. They’re not really transparent about their production timelines either—for instance, their site says production time is 3-5 days for certain products, when it’s definitely multiple weeks in my experience for those products. If you really really don’t want to have to pay much, then I guess it could be worth it if you’re willing to be in it for the long run. But it gets to a point where I’d almost rather bite the bullet and pay for a larger minimum order quantity with Vograce instead and get my items in half the time. I’ve ordered from Vogesey three times before, but I think I won’t order from them again. It just doesn’t feel like it’s worth the wait to me anymore.

I did my order back in May, 18th May. I needed to ask to get any news regarding how my order was going.
Then during July I asked when it will be produced. Then after more time without news passed I needed to ask to know when it will be shipped. Well, we are 14th JULY and I don't have my keychain. I don't have a working tracking either.

It's a shame because it's the only manufacturer I know doing the silicone chest standees, but it's not worth the risk again.

If you order from them, be ready for a big wait. Production for my item took almost 2 months (ordered May 1st, received June 21st). Once it was produced, shipping was fast. Customer service was also very fast and kind.

Negativ:

2. It was two month late
3. They didn't refund me over a month later
