The jumper I received is definitely not what was advertised online, very badly made no shape to it and came from a warehouse in China! It is total rubbish, wouldnt wear it gardening!!

Never ever order from them! Says coming from Australia . Lack of communication and it's been 3 weeks and still no show. Very disappointed.

Worst customer service, not received my order, sent 4 emails and nothing back.

I used the Klarna app to pay and reporting it to them too.

Don't order for them, it's a scam.

This company r so called company should hang its head in shame,, this site is a SCAM,, disgraceful communication!!!! Waiting on a coat from Nov,, I wouldn even give it 1 star only it would not let me submit,, Filth!!!!!!!!

Absolute rubbish quality and total con when it comes to returns. Do not buy from this company.

I ordered an item from Vogue Shop on 5th November and despite sending several emails and receiving polite responses telling me that they are dealing with it and their profuse apologies, I still haven’t received my item (11/12). I’m about to report them to Trading Standards for false advertising. My daughter has also ordered from them and exactly the same, nothing received. Definitely won’t be ordering from them again and suggest you don’t either.

I bought the advent calendar (my second year in a row) because I really enjoyed the last one. I had two products arrive damaged because they didn’t package the products safely for shipping. I immediately contacted them and sent photos for proof and asked for a replacement (10/28), I got a reply on 11/5 asking me to confirm my address and letting me know they’d replace the products, I replied within a few hours confirming my address. I heard nothing for 3 weeks. I emailed them on 11/18 asking for tracking and/or an update and was ignored (they don’t provide a photo number to contact, only an email). On 11/25 I sent a very long email about how upset I was because I wouldn’t have a product for my day 1 drawer and how it was kind of ridiculous that I hadn’t heard anything. I received a reply on 11/26 with a half apology and that I would receive a replacement in 3-10 business days, it followed a Shop confirmation email for the product (only listing one of the TWO damaged products). It took about 5 days later for the package to be shipped and a day later I received an email from FedEx asking me to fill out a TSCA form, which I have no idea what that is. I reached out the customer service for help and by no surprise was ignored. After googling for 2 hours I finally figured out how to fill this form out (turns out this was something Vogue should’ve done themselves) and the package got stuck at customs for 2 days. I reached out again to Vogue because FedEx told me to and told them to just refund me because I was over the whole fiasco and suddenly the package was headed my way. Only for me to receive the package and open it to find the replaced the damaged drawer for the advent calendar and only ONE of the TWO damaged products. I am now being ignored when asking for a refund for the second product. For over $500+ I expected way better. Don’t buy for them.

I am writing to express my concerns regarding the direction your magazine seems to have taken in recent years. While I have long admired British Vogue for its leadership in fashion and its commitment to showcasing beauty in many forms, I feel that some of the recent choices in both editorial content and model selection have moved away from promoting a balanced and healthy vision of beauty.

It’s wonderful to see diversity in modeling, and representation of different backgrounds is certainly important. However, I believe that the focus has shifted too far in one direction. The increasing prominence of "plus-size" models, particularly those who are significantly overweight, raises concerns. It’s important to remember that while body positivity is an admirable movement, promoting health should still remain a priority. A model weighing 100 kg is, in many cases, no longer in a healthy weight range.

Furthermore, I feel there is an increasing pressure to feature models based on their ethnicity or body size, rather than simply their appearance and fitness. It seems as if beauty standards have become less about showcasing healthy, fit models and more about ticking boxes for diversity, which detracts from the aesthetic value that Vogue has traditionally championed.

Fashion and beauty should be inclusive, but they should also represent ideals of health and wellness. I fear that by focusing too much on promoting bodies that are far from the healthy norm, Vogue may inadvertently be sending the wrong message to its readers about what it means to be truly beautiful and healthy.

It is my hope that British Vogue can strike a balance between diversity and promoting the timeless standards of beauty, which have always included health, fitness, and self-care.

Item is good quality but sizes are small you would won't to go up 1 or 2 sizes unfortunately can't say really as they will not swap item out with other size. If you want refund they will only offer 35 percent. And also takes 5 days to return emails say it's definitely not 24hrs customer service so don't be fooled. I've been back and forward with email but getting nowhere. Avoid for your own sake.

Placed my order on November 8th and still have not received it. Requested a full refund given the extremely long time awaiting delivery. Comapny refuse to admit they are responsible and as of yet no refund has been reached.

This is a scam site DO NOT purchase anything from here. I was sent a link from my daughter it looked like a legitimate website but the payment came out from a bank in Hong Kong. We are now fighting for a refund. Do not make the same mistake we have so close to Christmas

I ordered a dress from this place that never arrived and they refuse a refund. They sent multiple tracking numbers all were fake. What a waste of time and money dealing with this company and now I have no dress for my black time xmas event in 2 days. They say they are based in Melbourne which is total BS. Name on internet is vogue living ,I ordered high waste tummy control underwear paid £16.98 via PayPal on 6/11/2024,when they arrived they were wrong size,I need to return them but the package has no invoice or any advice how to return.
I have tried to send several emails but all I get is- not delivered.

Nothing like the photo. My husband ordered a top I liked for my birthday. It is advertised as cashmere. That is completely false! It is a very cheap, synthetic material, and the pattern is photographed onto the material. An unfortunate waste of money. The only place I would wear it is to clean the house. I think putting Toronto in the title is very misleading, because this was tracked from China.

Brought a dress and quality was cheap and nasty!
I requested a return as per their return policy which is contact them to request they supply return shipping label etc.. for full refund..
they have refused to pay for shipping which I the customer have to pay $20aud to send back to china.. the dress is worth about $5!
Have been talking to a BOT response for days!!

Absolutely shocking. I ordered a sweatshirt from the UK vogue online shop on the 9th November. About a week later no dispatch so contacted them & received reply stating it would be dispatched within 4-6 days. Still no dispatch. Contacted them again 4 days ago and still no reply. They have taken my money from by back account on the 11th November. Not only do I not have my item but they have my money. I work for the NHS and I can’t afford to loose this kind of money. Please avoid this company. Will never ever buy from them again. They need to be reported watchdog / the one show.
