Extremely disappointing experience.

This website appears highly unprofessional and unreliable. After placing an order, I found there is virtually no customer support available. Emails bounce back, there is no functional customer care, and even their WhatsApp support does not respond.

It feels like once they receive your payment, there is no accountability or assistance provided.

I strongly advise others to be cautious before ordering from this website.

Please donot buy their products..quality is too bad and there is no return policy..money is gone ..no refund ..they dont respnd back.. its a fraud setup with wrong commitments of return policy..all selling platforms must ban them..

The stitching quality is poor. They have pen marks all over the two shirts I bought. Buttons are missing. It looks like some road side tailors have stitched it. The shirts do not match the images shown on their website. And more over, the customer service is non contactable. Please DO NOT BUY ANYTHING!

Guys better not to purchase anything you like. Unsold items are delivered deliberately. No Replacements only store credit. You have to buy again their choice. If products are not available they must mention instead they use those items as bait.

I placed order no 293316 dated 17.01.2026. I regret to inform that the items sent are not as per my order. I sent whatsApp message providing pictures of what I ordered and what was sent but there is absolutely no response from the company. The message is show a unread as they are famous for turning off read receipts. I am dumped with two ladies tops that I didn't order and are not attractive. I wonder if I will ever get what I actually ordered?

What more can I say?I agree with all these reviews.This company is a complete scam!Do not buy anything from them.

Pathetic site ,return is fake, taken 200 for sake of return ,n now not replying on WhatsApp no. All nos given on site not reachable nor email address. Don't buy from this site. I am stuck, horrible experience 😔.

These people are fraudsters.. Extremely bad quality and foul smelling material. Untidy stitching. They do not respond to your messages and refuse to initiate return and refund. They are crooks, on the website they have mentioned easy returns and exchanges but will refuse when you contact them… I was scammed, never ever will recommend this brand to anyone. Dont give your hard earned money to these scammers.

Not at all a trusted brand.....they are fake they have mentioned it's a 7 days return policy but it's all fake there is no one to reply n it's all fake..... Do not trust this brand at all

Very very very bad quality 😕 and poor customer service. As like others, I also failed to check the reviews, else I would have not ordered it....there is no clear cut msg , no communication..now I want to return but no option to return as well..bez my order is not even showing in history 😢I must say, it's fraud company...do not foold urself, and be aware before ordering anything from random site what u find in Instagram, YouTube or Facebook...first try with COD and check...be safe

My order VG65493 cancelled without informing me. when I contacted on email absolutely no response. Finally I sent a whatsApp message they said it is in manufacturing. How can you advertise a product that is not available. This is for my daughter and ordered on 8/10/2025 ,she is NRI and came India for a short time.When I asked for a refund as she is going out of the country very soon they are now silent. Only SCAMMERS will function in this way. NOW NO REPLY TO MY REQUEST FOR FULL REFUND. It is my humble request not to buy anything from this company, they are cheater.

I needed an exchange and they are not helping at all. My money has gone waste and these people are damn cheats.

The company not eligible to get 1 star also. I put 1 star just to proceed to write review for them. I usually check the reviews but this time I failed. The quality of shirts is very pathetic. I wanted to return but smartly they don't give any support for return. Forget the return and refund but they are reluctant to exchange too. It's very fraud company. Don't buy anything from them. They are not trust worthy for everything. The quality of shirts is too poor that one will hesitate to gift someone. I request don't waste your time to visit the site and don't become victim.

I can't begin to describe my experience with this brand and customer service. It's pathetic just as their clothes quality. I usually check reviews but this time I took without verifying the brand, the shirts quality is so poor and the collar and wrist band of the shirt is too rigid as well. Not sure what i will do with those now, tried reaching them multiple times but in vain. They have policy about exchange and returns without any questions asked which is not the case. They just block you the moment you try to get connected relating to exchange or return. Worst mistake buying from these people.

One of the worst experiences ever . First of all the shirts are petite size ( not mentioned ) I requested a return and the person on WhatsApp is rude and not at all helpful

I ordered shirts from this brand and now I am not able to reach them for return. Contact number doesn't exist. Help email doesn't respond to your query. I am still trying to reach them for return. Conclusion is that it's a cyber crime run by some group of cheats.

So pathetic. They should close this cheating business they are into . Zero quality and poor services offered.
