I tried to withdraw my money (£29.00) - the commission is £30
Looks like a scam for me ... I lost the commission when I put my money in ..I can't withdraw ... I'm stuck.
Overall I lost £35 - not big deal ...but I feel like this company steel from me.

99% of the transactions are failed or declined, I sent message to support several times, they say that system is on maintenance, or the portal is then updated, I am really very upset because this service is a waste of opportunities and sales, I do not recommend it

For the issues raised, I understand that there could be many reasons for the gateway response.
One could be a delay on the side of your customer to pass the 3D authentication stage within the stipulated timeframe.
Another could be a temporary restriction to transactions originating from restricted regions and business categories who have not yet presented any operating license.

If the funds were successfully sent to your bank account, then we have a telex as a proof which you can present to your bank to track the payment.
In event that your bank still claims that they did not see the fund, we can recall the funds and pay you through another means.

After one year of cooperation they now do everything to scam my pending withdrawals. I'm waiting about 10 weeks for process my pending withdrawals from 16 October and now after 10 weeks they cancel all my pending withdrawals and saying that it will be locked for rolling reserve... BUT in one year never hear about rolling reserve and have just one chargeback request, so what the f is this.
I will look justice in UK court...

Stay away for your own sake
Although I was aware of all those bad reviews, I decided to give it a shot with this company to accept payments on my website. After the application, they told me to adjust some of the stuff on my website, such as contact information etc. We e-mailed back and forth for almost a week in order to have my website fitted to their rules. Finally, after everything was ready and I was waiting for my business account verification, I received an e-mail from them saying "it has been determined that we may not be able to provide our services to you, as we do not support this business region."
What were you thinking when we were doing all those modifications on my website? Long story short, they cost me a week which I could have spent with a legit company to accept payments on my website. This also meant a whole week without sales. The thing they should have said in the beginning, they said it at the last minute. Try them if you want to get disappointed as well.

It started with Visa Card as they confirmed that they will approve Visa readily,after two months of Paper trail(Agreements) and to and fro understanding of what exact requirements are for having merchant they made several changes to our website and as everything was perfect in our website according to them they released a hidden fact.
There are only third world countries whose cards are acceptable.
countries like USA,UK,Germany,Japan,India,China were on rejected list.
And two currency they process are USD and GBP,Irony of the fact Both countries are banned so we need to find customers from the countries like Somalia,Angola and all of African Countries.
And that was revealed after whole 2 months of documentations,conversations,integration and verification fees and even testing was done.
as soon as we deployed live they shared the list of allowed countries.
Fact check they have ISIS and Al Queda mapped as countries whose payments can be processed.
that whole lot of time was wasted and it is the worst experience ever for a payment gateway.

je me suis fait arnaqué en passant par voguepay.
La transaction a été refusée mais la somme a quand même été débitée. Voguepay se content de dire qu'ils n'ont pas reçu d'argent et qu'ils sont désolé pour moi.
Voguepay est juste un support/outil pour arnaqueurs car sans voguepay les arnaqueurs n'auront pas eu mes informations CB et ma validation 3D Sécure.
Je n'ai vu aucune intention de voguepay pour qu'il n'y ait pas ces arnaques, "Nous comprenons sincèrement ce que vous devez ressentir, mais nous ne pouvons rien faire car la transaction n’a pas abouti et cela signifie que les fonds ne nous sont pas parvenus." et nous renvoie vers notre banque(qui ne peut rien car le 3D sécure a été validé) comme si voguepay était complice de ces arnaqueurs en nous prévenant de rien ou que leur site a une faille que ces arnaqueurs exploitent et en font l'impasse.
En tout cas plus jamais Voguepay et j'en informerai autour de moi dans toutes mes communications (sms, mms, emails...).

Company is trustworthy and will help resolve issues if bring up to them.
Only thing is be careful which merchants you work with as they can be involved with money laundering and scamming such as Jonesmutual.com, which I have been a victim of.

With respect to the issues raised, withdrawing to your personal bank account attracts charges which I believe is what you are referring to as fee.
At the moment your balance remains untouched, and your money is not lost, you can still use it to pay any other merchant that uses voguepay on your next purchase.
