After a short time of use the water now skinks of chlorine, it smells like a swimming pool. No longer usable and complete waste of money. Avoid at all costs

Do not purchase from this company the product is absolute rubbish the water tastes bloody disgusting and the actual bottle stinks. I just wish with hindsight that I had read the reviews before being ripped off. You have been warned.

I ordered 2 bottles and have been emailing and trying to call this company repeatedly with no response, bottles worked for 10 days… warranty in package says 1 year, site says 30 days yet they wont return my emails and phone number wont go through SAVE YOUR MONEY- they suck.

I ordered 2 Hydrogen Water bottles. Glass. They arrived, after a long wait, and one was broken. Very flimsy bubble wrap, no fragile stickers, crappy packaging. I have sent endless emails, daily. No one is responding to emails and the phone number on their website doesn’t work. I am asking for a new bottle or refund. Says someone will contact with 24-48hrs. It’s been weeks. Very disappointed. Wouldn’t recommend.

The Voior Hydrogen water bottle does not match the description on their website. After the 3-minute hydrogen infusion cycle, using spring, mineral, and purified water, the bottle emits a very strong, toxic smell and imparts an unusual taste to the water. I conducted a chlorine test and found that the bottle produces chlorine in pure water after the 3-minute cycle. These bottles are unusable and toxic, and I am not satisfied with the purchase.

I have contacted Voior several times via the phone number and email address provided on their website. However, the phone number does not work, and they have not responded to my emails. I feel like I have been scammed and would like a full refund.

I recently sent 2 emails to Voior customer support requesting a full refund for the 2 Voior™ Hydrogen Water Bottles that I ordered on Friday, June 21, 2024, with no reply. I am totally disappointed with their product since their advertising is fraudulent as their product does not contain any “cutting-edge SPE and PEM electrolysis technology” as advertised and as such do not generate up to 6000+ ppb of pure hydrogen molecules into 530ml of water and most likely does not even generate up to 3000 ppb as later specified on their Voior.com website claims. Their advertising is totally misleading and makes false claims. Their product appears to be the same exact product as the "Got Hydro Water Bottle" product that I purchased months ago and only claims to produce 1,000 ppb of hydrogen molecules. BTW, I also requested and received only half of a refund from the "Got Hydro Water Bottle" company.

This company is a scam. DO NOT BUY!
I’ve seen other reviews claiming they received an unbranded bottle which is not as advertised, I on other hand received nothing.
No reply from emails and they blocked me on social media.
