It works ok but it really annoys me that it cost £11.73 to buy €10 of call. By conversion rates it should only cost £9.50. Can someone explain

Never experienced any wrong charges. But sound quality of calls can be bad for some European destinations, and sometimes the line simply drops so you have to redial. You can avoid the sound problem by using call-back in some nations, then it's like a normal call - but you pay for two calls. Also the app for mobiles can have better quality often, than using the desktop app (avoiding possible echo or low mic volume). The app is called mobilevoip.

Prices can be very competitive, but you have to select the correct price brand for refills based on your calling pattern. Megavoip is one of the brands, which has good prices for some destinations. I've noted that some brand apps now vary your price based on caller ID being within the EU, thus you may pay triple the price to call an EU nation if your phone number is not from within the EU.

I charge the minimum amount of EUR 10 as the prices can easily change and then another brand becomes cheaper...

I should give less stars due to frequent sound quality problems, but the prices are also very low - and the company stays low even after more than 10 years of using them.

the worst customer service & they have dropped the call quality to the lowest level possible. SMS-s sent from Voip do not turn up in most cases & they cheat on call rates constantly - charge you more then you used. I wish them to close down soon.
