Disgraceful company. Workers no morals or respect

Very little advance planning. No engagement with utility providers in advance of the works. All utility providers come to site far too late so programme is impacted. Very poor design- Designer separate from scheme- no longer involved in providing current designs for scheme.

They Overcharge me for the work for the similar work did for my neighbours as the same months. Not thrustworthy, did not reply to my email, when I phone them for difference they did not give me satisfactory answer.

Shocking, no info, no advance warning and no way of communicating with them. Bunch of amateurs

Wake up to blue barriers being placed on my property and on my drive on a Saturday morning with no warning or any info about this - speak to the Eastern Europeans who are putting out the barriers to be told that they would call there supervisor - had 2 big guys turn up trying to intimidate me saying it was a small inconvenience and that they didn’t have to tell us what they were doing very condescending and sneering at questions asked, one of them was called Jamie - very poor customer skills and obnoxious - what kind of day and age do we live in where you have to send 2 big guys over to intimidate you when your doing work blocking your public access telling you that it’s not a problem very poor

Waited for come and make dropped kerb 4 months! Paid already 100£ to come and check my drive measures and after 4 months they asked me-do u have council permission?? I said why u came with measures, grab money and didn’t told me about council as well? Cause I booked this company straight away from councils website! Also they counted me 2.800£ for dropped kerb plus 100£ for come and take a look also they said now u need 206£ to pay for council permit! Shocking! Later they called me and said ok it was mistake so not check about permit from council and we will refund u 100£ £ and they still not contacting me!! Also they are only 1 company in big Luton so I think they have friendships/interests with council,,,
