We recently had a 45kWh Sigenergy battery storage system installed by Volt, and I couldn't be happier with the whole experience.

From the initial survey through to commissioning, Jamie and the team were knowledgeable, professional and straightforward to deal with. There was no hard sell, they took the time to understand what I was trying to achieve, answered a lot of questions, and suggested practical solutions rather than simply trying to sell the most expensive option.

The workmanship was excellent. The installation is neat, well thought out and finished to a very high standard, with obvious attention to detail. The team arrived when they said they would, worked efficiently, kept everything tidy and were happy to explain how the system worked before they left.

What has impressed me just as much is the after-sales support. The commissioning paperwork, G99 documentation, MCS certificate and handover pack were all provided very promptly, making it straightforward to switch to an EV tariff and apply for my Smart Export Guarantee. Volt has also been quick to respond whenever I've had a question.

The system itself has exceeded my expectations and is already making a significant difference to my electricity costs. For the quality of the installation, the equipment supplied and the level of service, I think Volt offer excellent value for money.

One of the requirements for my solar and battery install was to use a company that knew what they were talking about and took pride in their work. Volt delivered! Their quote was competitive, and both Jamie and Ellie were friendly and helpful every step of the way. No question was too minor and it was no issue for me to add an EV charger on to the order and then a couple of extra sockets at the last minute. The team worked really hard, even when it was raining. I won’t think twice about going to Volt for any future work.

Just simple clear facts and figures and helpful advice. Once installed they showed us how best to set up the system to take advantage of cheap night time rates and charge our 2 EVs in the most economic way.
