Great service, and really speedy delivery.

Ordered a small item (drill bit). Over two weeks later no sign of a delivery. Called the company and was told either Michael or Michaela would be in touch to resolve the matter. Sadly, no communication from either. So I then emailed Volt so I at least have something down in writing to prove I've chased the order. What do they do, they send me a reply asking for me to rate their service....so I have, it's crap.
My wife has also had dealings with this company in the recent past. They advertised a rather expensive light fitting that she wants. She rang them to ask if they had a showroom where she could view the fitting before purchase. The young lady answering the phone was adamant they didn't stock that particular make of light fitting. But it's on your website my wife says. Oh I don't know anything about that says the Volt employee. I'll get someone to ring you that deals with the website. Guess what, we're still waiting.
So overall, they may look like they supply decent brand items at low prices but our experience suggests you may be better served paying a little more with a company that has a better track record.

Could not find what we wanted in a shop, found it here. Good price. Ordered it, got it a couple of days later. Brilliant.

Ordered an extract fan, it was delivered in couple of days (standard delivery) was exactly what I ordered and was 15 quid cheaper than screwfix. Well pleased and would highly recommend volt electrical.
