I have been a long serving subscriber of Voltric. I cannot scream loud enough from the hill tops or roof tops of their exemplary service. Their customer care is absolutely phenomenal! Voltric genuinely care about their customers, Voltric have excellent ethos & high standards, that cannot be compared to others, as they are the Leaders with their all inclusive subscriptions. I have to say all my queries or issues are always handled with sincere & excellent high customer service. 100% in excellence & going the extra mile. Thank you Voltric!!

I recently used Voltric for personal use and had an absolutely seamless experience from start to finish. As someone completely new to driving in the UK, I had a lot of (often very silly!) questions and the team could not have been more patient or supportive.

A special thank you to Leon and Charlie, who I spoke with most often. They were consistently kind, informative, and incredibly reassuring. No matter what came up, they made it clear they were always on hand to help, and that level of support made a huge difference to my confidence.

I also want to shout out Duncan, who delivered the car. He took the time to walk me through everything, answered all my questions with real patience, and told me to reach out if anything came up, which I did, and he was just as helpful then too.

Overall, they delivered exactly what they promise: a smooth, stress-free way to try out an EV without worrying about the usual details like insurance or tax. The whole experience was genuinely valuable and helped me figure out what kind of car best fits my lifestyle. Couldn’t recommend them more!

Received a car from a salary sacrifice scheme involuntarily using Voltric through an another companies scheme.

Don’t expect good customer service or any forms of information from them.

When you reach out expect to have rude service and your questions ignored.

You can really tell customer service is their main goal. I have no regrets.

Decent prices compare to competitors and full flexibility is a bonus. No hidden costs like a Netflix for cars!

Leon is a lifesaver!

Over the past weekend, we needed to charge our car whilst about 2 hours from home. We were having issues with getting chargers to work with the car and were starting to panic.

I called Leon on a Sunday and, not only did he answer, but he was only too happy to help. He walked me through the nuances of the particular car we have and got it charging on the first try.

This is standard practice for Leon - always happy to help and so quick to do so too. He later followed up with all the necessary breakdown information...all on his day off.

I can’t thank Leon enough for his professionalism and dedicated customer service throughout the whole process from start to finish. I would happily recommend him and the company without question.

We have been a customer for a number of months now. Good support. Good team. Great to have my EV on a subscription model.

At first, Voltric seemed like they were a bit different to other car leasing/subscription companies and were full of good people, yet just like all the others, they managed to miraculously find "scratches" on the car I sent back that required repair, when in reality, it was immaculate. I also had to pay for a repair on a broken footrest, which snapped due to poor quality less than a week after getting a brand new car. Really disappointed. Wouldn't use again.

Great car, great service. Even went out of their way to deliver early so I didn't miss a school event for my daughter. The support after delivery has been 1st Class!

Joined a months ago, customer support is brilliant, staff are helpful and friendly.

I'm now 2 months in and the service has been second to none. Definitely large enough to be significant, but compact enough that someone always known who I am when I call or chat. This is one supplier we'll be keeping long-term, and plan to take additional vehicle from when we need them. Thanks again

These guys are brill right from the start very understanding and have put up with all my bothering (can’t wait to actually get into the car) grate price and mileage plus the charging is a grate benefit I have been with the 2 main car subscription brands and these are on a different level give them a go you won’t be disappointed
