Ordered one product and it seemed like a slightly suspicious site so I double triple checked I wouldn’t be opted into a subscription but surprise surprise I got charged for another product. Called to have everything cancelled and refunded and they claim their policy is they can only refund 50% once something is charged. I asked to speak to a supervisor and the woman claimed no one was available today or in office and that no one has the ability to refund the full amount back. When I asked for an email confirmation of my cancellation she said they couldn’t offer it and would only give me a code to put into the website. Absolutely ridiculous. Do not buy anything from this company.

I purchased a set of (2) products from them - they only shipped 1. I attempted to reach out and was told they would be shipping the missing product. This went on for about 2 months where they would send me "tracking" but it was the original shipment. They kept saying they were looking into the missing shipment and would keep me updated. Their responses made no sense, contradicted one another, and sent me in circles. I'm pretty sure their "customer service" is just an AI bot.

On top of that, they auto-opted me into a monthly membership I never signed up for. When I complained, they said they refunded me and all was well. Two months later, it turns out they never refunded me. I eventually filed a chargeback with my bank. Looking into the company, I found multiple reddit threads of similar experiences. This fraudulent company is a complete scam and NOT to be trusted with your money. Who knows what's even in the product they did ship me? I saw zero results with it and decided to toss it because I don't trust anything is real about this company.
