I invested $500 with good intent and all i got was visits and deductions of my money but no leads.
I cant even get into the dashboard to add my website domain because its not there. The customer support is poor.
I'm so very disappointed to see my money disappear right before my eyes. No one is trying to reach out.

• Your campaigns were launched on June 6th. Please note that after launch, both Google and Facebook go through a learning period, where they gather data to optimize performance. It’s completely normal not to see leads right away during this phase.

• We’re still trying to get in touch with you to better understand your concerns, particularly regarding the dashboard.

Stay as far away from this company as possible, if you are a contractor!! it is a total scam!! There is zero phone support!! it takes one to five business days for them to respond to an email. They will sell you on leads they believe they can get for you, but you’re paying for the clicks not the leads.. I learned the hard way!!! Stay as far away from this company as possible!!

1. Communication & Support:
During your initial conversation with our sales representative on April 30, 2025, it was clearly explained that Voolt currently does not offer phone support. However, we do provide live chat assistance, and our team is committed to responding to all email inquiries within 1 business day—in many cases, much sooner.

2. How Our Ads Work:
In the same conversation, it was also explained that our advertising campaigns operate on a Cost-Per-Click (CPC) model. This means you’re only charged when someone actively engages with your ad. While this doesn't always guarantee a lead, it ensures that you're only billed for real user interaction.

3. Your Campaign Results:
Your campaigns ran from May 2nd to May 16th, generating 7 leads with a total spend of $220. These leads came from real individuals who clicked on your ads and showed interest in your services. While we strive to deliver high-quality leads, it’s important to note that the actions and responsiveness of potential customers are ultimately beyond our control.

4. Resolution:
Following our phone conversation on May 16th, both parties agreed that—given your dissatisfaction—the best course of action was to end our partnership and issue a full refund of the $275 you had paid. The refund has already been initiated, and you should see the funds reflected in your account within 10 business days.

At Voolt, we strive to offer transparency and value in everything we do. While we regret that this experience didn’t work out, we wish you all the best with your business moving forward.

Fake company with fake leads

Fake company with fake leads. Please do not sign up with this company. They will mislead you, makes excuses why things didn’t work. The Facebook ads were the worst. They were using fake customers to pretend like they were calling me. You will not have access to any of your information. The ads they run are garbage and have stock images. These guys are total frauds. Please avoid if you’re reading this review. Trust me, I’m trying too save you time and money. On top of that, they refuse to give me a refund back. What type of service is that? Your product sucks and that’s the bottom line.

BEAWARE OF THEIR RECURING CHARGES!!! 0 conversions. Spend your money somwhere else. They advertise that you start with Yelp and Angie and then go to them, but guess what? Im going back to Yelp. Amount of money dumped in this so called Lead Generator would buy me 15-20 leads a month on Yelp

Not a good service at all very limited…

Not a good service at all very limited as to what they can do and it will mess up your websites ranking.I was on first page of Google then tried there campaign now my website is on 5th page.I went from being on 1st page organically to now on 5th page after I tried there advertising.I would not you them if your smart .they said I got 22 lead I got 7 fake leads not calls

Thanks for your feedback! Just to clarify, Voolt runs paid ads (Google & Meta Ads) to generate leads, which do not affect your website’s organic ranking.

When we run ads, we create a separate landing page to attract leads. Your website’s SEO ranking can change due to Google updates, competition, or site changes, but ads don’t impact the website itself.

Your campaign generated 9 leads from potential customers, including 2 phone calls and a booking of a $245 job for the next day, proving the ads were effective.

Our team has been trying to reach you via email, SMS, and phone calls but hasn't been able to connect. We’d love the chance to discuss and address any concerns you may have.

Voolt has potential

Voolt has potential, but my experience has been average so far. I’ve seen a few results, but it feels like the platform could do better in targeting the right audience. It’s not terrible, but it hasn’t wowed me yet.

I had trouble with my ads targeting the wrong city at first. I reached out to support, and they fixed it quickly, no stress. The leads I’ve gotten since have been decent, but I just wish the issue hadn’t happened in the first place.

Don’t waste your time and money here

Don’t waste your time and money here. After paying only had three supposedly leads but strongly feel it’s their own staff. One scheduled months from now and will update one the day comes but guaranteed they will cancel as I believe it’s someone that works at voolt, second confirmed but to only cancel right after our call, third never answered. Leads were fishy and do not them anymore. Guaranteed they will respond to this and try to cover up. For now I’ll stick to thumbtack until I can find something else but this is definitely not it. At your own risk!

So they advertise I was think it was…

So they advertise I was think it was like $150 for six leads. Got one the very first lead was $67.50

My next lead is $87.50
They're telling me I need to add more money but I was told I was getting six leads for my money. Don't trust them you'll never talk to anyone it'll always be online you'll never get anywhere with them they'll just put it off to the next person I suggest just placing ads on Facebook or wherever else. Good luck learn from my mistakes.
